I came into this store around a month ago not knowing much about jewelry aside from not wanting anything cheap or plated. I told the guy behind the display and he goes and sells me a plated gold rope for 75$ and talks about what a deal he is giving me on it. DISHONEST SCUM

BE CAREFUL if you decide to shop here these guys are dishonest amateurs!! I walk by this jeweler at least once a week when I visit a client of mine in FiDi. I had some time to kill so I decided to stop in just to take a look. Sidebar: I've owned a Rolex for a few years now and very familiar with the brand. I asked Simon about their preowned Rolex collection with a Jubilee band as I'm considering buying another watch. He proceeds to show me a second hand Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date with a jubilee band (1991) for $4800 and says it's all original. IMMEDIATELY I know this place no good because Rolex DOES NOT make Oyster Perpetual Date with Jubilee bands it only comes in the Oyster band. Therefore this watch is not original and Simon is lying to make a sale. The Oyster Perpetual Datejust comes with the Jubilee band but that's not what he shows me. I'm a bit shocked at the blatant dishonesty so I ask him "do you have papers for this?" As suspected, he says "no but I can give you authenticity receipt and 2yr warranty". I then call him out on his lie and say this is not original because Rolex does not make an Oyster Perpetual Date with a Jubilee band. This is aftermarket. He knows I'm on to him, so he says "oh well what about this one", he picks up a Oyster Perpetual Datejust with a Jubilee band and black dial. It was a nice watch and and looked original. I mentioned to him "I like that this one is 36mm" (meaning the size of the case) he proceeds to say they both are 36mm meaning the current on we're looking at and the oyster perpetual Date. I say "no the Date is 34mm", (Rolex only makes the Date in 34mm, the Datejust for Men only comes in 31mm 36mm and 41mm.) comes in he's unsure so he calls another guy over and the guys says yes it's 36mm. You can look at the Date and Datejust and tell one is smaller than the other. I then tell him it's their craft because the Oyster Perpetual Date ONLY COMES IN 34mm. It's unfortunate these guys are knowingly selling bad watches, buying a Rolex is an investment that will appreciate. However buying aftermarket will not. These guys will try to take advantage of you if you are not knowledgeable. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I did not purchase from these guys but writing this review to warn others.

Simon is a charlatan and a con-artist, and manipulates costumers into spending large sums of money without clearly describing return and or exchange policies; especially younger costumers, in a recent purchase he purposely took advantage of and mislead two 22 year olds, stating that the costumers could, should they not be interested in the item, could get a refund of their down payment; something he did knowingly against the clearly written company policy that he now enforces when the costumer asked for a refund.
