“Have done business with quite a few places and went to them after seeing them on Instagram. Have to say, VERY FAIR, very realistic and honest. If you have authentic legitimate goods and you know the market, this is the best place and best way to go. Consignment and the major resale places are not netting you more money or they are luring you with the promise of more. If you have some EBay fantasy this is not your place, know what you have and know the actual wholesale resale market. This is quick, legit and fair, and that unfortunately is not all that common. This is most likely the new business model as nobody wants to wait 3 months or get less than they were told. Happy we did business with them and we would do it again.”
“The shopping experience was smooth. I was greeted when I was arrived and told Zay I was looking for white/red Jordans. He made a few suggestions without making me feel pressured to make a purchase. Of course I had to go with the Cherry Jordan 12s! I’ve heard of this store a few times and was told it’s a trusted location for selling authentic sneakers. The pricing is competitive as well so I’ll def check in for future purchases.”

“My aunt told me to come to the store and ask for Harold and I’m so glad I did! I needed dance shoes for my new classes and Harold was incredibly knowledgeable patient and helpful from the moment I walked in. And, I was greeted warmly by all the employees but Harold took the time to understand what I needed, guided me to the right pair, and made the whole experience fun. At one point, we were even practicing some of the moves I’ve been learning to make sure the shoes felt right! I walked out with the perfect pair and couldn’t be happier. If you need dance shoes definitely ask for Harold. Highly recommend!”

“This was my first time at this store. I was not sure what to expect when I first enter the establishment. It's a lobby with the one door and an elevator. I was a little taken back because I didn't know what to expect. However once inside the elevator and up to the second floor we went. The door open to an amazing shoe store. It was beautiful inside decorated with walls of shoes different types of shoes. The staff was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was nice and so was the people. Needless to say the items that were being looked into they did not have. So in order had to be placed, for a pickup. If you have not been to Thursdays boots, please give it a try.”

“I was really surprised to find out that Puma offers embroidery services now! I decided to try it out and I'm so glad I did. The service was really good and exceeded my expectations.
Joan was incredibly sweet and patient with all of my requests. I had quite a few specific demands for how I wanted my Speedcat shoes customized, and he handled everything professionally. The embroidered name came out perfect, the quality and placement were exactly what I wanted.
This experience has honestly changed my opinion of Puma as a brand. The personal touch and excellent customer service really impressed me. I'm definitely planning to buy more Puma products in the future. Highly recommend giving their embroidery service a try if you want to personalize your gear!”

“I was looking for a nice pair of dress pumps, plus an elevated mule or chelsea to replace my long-lasting but finally rather weatherbeaten pair of Will's Vegan Shoes. They had no pumps at all, and every other style that I was interested in was not available in size 8. Consider calling ahead to check on styles you may be interested in. I purchased a cute pair of Novacas sandals. I have no experience with the brand so time will tell. Helpful vs hovering is a fine line to tread, but this didn't really hit the mark for me. While I was in the store, another customer came in. Looking at a pair of Vegetarian Shoes, he asked: "What's the definition of vegetarian shoes?" The store guy replied, yelling across the store instead of crossing the distance: "That's the brand." This instantly struck me as an odd answer because the guy clearly had no context for what any sort of "vegetarian shoe" was. The customer seemed perplexed. The store guy continued: "They're all vegan." "But what brand are they?" "Vegetarian Shoes IS the brand," he said, a little short. The guy complimented the shoes and left, clearly no wiser than before as to what was being sold here. Seems like a missed opportunity to meet people where they are, no? “I visited the Red Wing store in Manhattan on this date and purchased the Beckman 9423 boots.
I initially tried to pay by card, but due to what seemed to be an internet or system error at the store, the card payment appeared to fail. Because of this, I withdrew cash from a nearby ATM and paid in cash instead, then left the store with the product.
However, after some time, I discovered that the card payment was not canceled and was actually processed successfully. As a result, I ended up paying twice for the same purchase.
My card company says that the payment has already been approved, and they asked me to check the transaction with approval number 006952.
I would appreciate it if you could help resolve this issue.
