The worst managed company! They badly need a management change from top to bottom. Disconnecting channels without prior notice. Wasting their customers time with multiple lengthy call and wait time. They have no respect for their customers.

I was 1 day into my billing cycle when I called to cancel my service. Spectrum is charging me for the whole month, no pro rating. If I had thoughts of returning to Spectrum sometime in the future, that put an end to those thoughts for good.

Spectrum doesn't care about their customers. Spectrum - You are a disgrace! Do the right thing and don't ask us to do your dirty work! Give us what we pay for and expect!
