Update your store information. 3 different stores. One doesn't exist, one temporarily closed, but not updated and one has a notice to vacate from the city. Might be the last time I try to buy Swarovski jewelry.

I talked to the “assistant manager”, he said his name was Ronaldo. Terrible, no manners. Was trying to buy a ring and he wasn’t paying attention. Left right after. You’d think Swarovski had better customer service, I understand it’s the season but cmon. I had to go to pandora on 42nd instead.

It was an amazing experience. I got a necklace for my girlfriend from here. You can book your order in advance too. The staff were pretty welcoming and helped me choose the best possible necklace with ease. Although they try to convince you to buy more, they don't force you unlike other jewellery stores.
