We bought two kids watches. Unfortunateley we only learned at the cash register that the price was 5 Dollars higher than indicated at the shelf. After identifying this, the cashier admitted that this was a mistake by them but did not reduce the price to the indicated one. This was disappointing for us but we liked the watches enough to pay the higher price at the end. I would have expected different service.

Worst customer service ever. I bought a Jupiter watch as a gift for a friend who tried on the watch but decided he wanted a different model. Because the strap was slightly marked (never really worn), the staff at the store refused the return. That was bad enough. The major issue was attitude of these people toward us. The girl had been there when I purchased the watch and she didn't even tried to help me. She made me wait 10 minutes for the other store attendant to be done with the sale to help me. Nobody else was in the store. So, beware - if you buy a Swatch, don't even try it on if you think you may return it. Second - buy online and DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. As some other people have indicated Marcos is good but you risk having to deal with the other mediocre sales associates.

Waited in the line for 2 hours to buy one of the Bioceramic Moonswatch. The store employee sells the in demand models to his buddies and sells them for a higher price outside. Worst store and employee ethics i ve every encountered

If you love the experience of buying I would suggest never to visit this store the store executive marco is a person who treats their customers like they are getting watches for free. He would try to publicly humiliate and discriminate his customers for being darker skin.

Big thanks to Amry(American Indian man) not sure if I spell his name correctly. Swatch need more of employees that take a good care of customers and do their job. I have been there several times but haven’t received a good service but he make the customer service different.

The sales team in this location is wonderful. Macro, Ariel, Arya, and Luz had been so helpful. Ariel, Arya, and Luz always extend a warm welcome and greet me even all I ask is the moonswatch. Luz stands in the lobby to greet clients all the time.It all started about a month ago. I walked in to ask for moonswatch as many other people. There were Mars and Sun on the counter. I took the Mars for myself. Then, I saw this really cool Snoopy watch in display. It comes with a red dog bowl. Marco illustrated that this watch has a NFT function with some Snoopy comics. I purchased it right away. Now, I got my his and her pair of Swatch.

This store has one of the best sales associate I have encountered in a very long time. His name is Marcos. He is knowledgeable about the products, goes well above his way to help, provide outstanding costumer service and even connect with his clients.

Store Manager Marco is extremely friendly and helpful! On both phone and in-store, Marco was very kind to explain how the process works in terms of availability. Rest of staff also exercised patience when being asked a gazillion moonswatch questions. Obtaining a moonswatch requires both patience and luck. When/which watch they get is random so be prepared to be disappointed when you show up on certain days. Don't blame the staff!

Terrible service. When I asked to see a watch, I was told I cannot handle the watch. There's really no point to a brick and mortar location if I cannot see and handle a watch. I can look at images online. Waste of time.

Very bad experience. The salesperson was very rude to me when I asked for the swatch x omega moonswatch. He said “I’m so fed up with the all the moonswatch question”. I will give 0 stars if i could. I’m never buying a swatch watch again in my life
