“I’ll preface this with saying that I received no incentive to write this review, but feel inclined because this place deserves some serious credit! I’ve lived here with my boyfriend for 2 months and am incredibly impressed with the caliber of people working here! There were minor hiccups when we moved in, but the management team (Anton and Ari) quickly rectified the issues and Tony (maintenance) helped us get a few things in order before our furniture was delivered. The front door squad: Adam, Jeffrey, Ben, Henry and Diane are all AMAZING, welcome you with a smile, and are always so helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever lived in a place where every door(wo)man knew my name and I theirs. Completely satisfied with my choice to live here— especially having had a less than optimal experience in another NYC complex. Great job, Chelsea Park!”

“I needed a last min rental near my local area and this location was very convenient. I met with the worker Adam he was welcoming from the moment I step foot in there very friendly like ,I needed a 9 cargo van to be exact, I provided my documents, he verified it then relieved it supper clean and he even warmed up the car before I departed, he was very patient ,helpful & by the book. Adam explained everything to me exactly as needed I highly would recommend dude for great customer service shout out to you Adam?”
“This is my preferred location in Manhattan; I actually bypass other closer locations to rent from them. Staff is friendly, courteous and easy going. Equipment is always ready and well kept. They address any issues that come up immediately. For example, recently I was stuck in traffic and called them to say I'd be late in my pick up.. In the past, other locations have handled this like it was a great inconvenience for them. This location, however, was very understanding and happy to adjust the reservation without any issue or bad vibes. In upper Manhattan this is the best place to rent a U Haul from, in my opinion.”
“U-Haul in general sucks, but the guy managing this location was very helpful and friendly.Note: As of 6/20/21, the gas station connected to the U-Haul closes sometime before 7 and locks the pumps, so if you're dropping off late you should refill at the Sunoco just north of this place.”
