What stood out most was his professionalism, patience, and genuine care. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I live in California but we needed a Renters policy for my daughter living in NYC. I searched State Farm agents on line and contacted Virgina Chan's office based on proximity to my daughter's apartment and reviews. When I called Virginia's office, Aiya answered, provided a quote within hours, and shortly after, our policy was all set up! Aiya was super nice to speak with, professional, informative, and so prompt....I highly recommend this agent's office. The other positive is that our SF Renter's policy is very competitively priced, and maybe even a little better than another carrier's policy with the same coverages (but a higher deductible)!

Received a call from State Farm to verify my correct address for their files as I have two different ones.
During the conversation, Aiya inquired if I would be interested in saving money on both my homeowners and auto policies.
Before I knew it, I saved a boatload of money by switching to State Farm and I love dealing with my agent Aiya who is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I am so pleased with having switched over!

I was enrolled into a Renter's Insurance by Jonathan Nolberto, who works in Virginia Chan's office. He was very efficient and friendly. My previous Renter's Insurance had overcharged me all these years by several hundreds. So I am glad to have found StateFarm, where there are still live people to talk to.
