Virgilio of VJ Pest Management Epitomized what Excellent Service should look like.
We recently noticed German roaches in our kitchen (disgusting), I purchased the baits etc. but a friend told me not to waste time and call a professional before it gets worse.
I googled exterminators in my neighborhood to support local business.
VJ Pest Management had great ratings and the reviews were days or weeks old not years old.
Also, he answered his call, not like some businesses that you leave a message and hear back a day or days later.
Day of my appointment Virgilio came on time, and he was extremely polite and respectful of our home.
You know he’s a good man because my chihuahua didn’t bark at him, not once. Ha ha ha.
Anyway, he pulled away my stove treated all the nooks and crannies, he was extremely thorough. He took his time and used different products.
At the end of my appointment he gave me a few pointers on what not to do going forward.
His fee was also very reasonable.
I would 100% hire him back in the future. I actually took some of his cards to give to my neighbors (landlords) because he is a professional. Thank You!

We used Victor and his colleague to set traps / exterminate against roaches. They made themselves available the day after we called and were very accommodating and efficient. Showed up on time and we’re quick. Would definitely recommend!

I had an outstanding experience with VJ Pest Management. VJ and his assistant went above and beyond to solve our mouse problem. After searching everywhere without finding entry points, they suspected a hidden hole behind our dishwasher—a common issue around electrical wires.
Despite a stubborn screw preventing easy removal, they used a scope camera to confirm their suspicion. Not giving up, they managed to remove the dishwasher, discovering and promptly sealing a baseball-sized hole around the electrical line.
Their dedication and persistence exceeded our expectations. Thanks to their extra effort, we can now enjoy our home pest-free. I highly recommend VJ Pest Management for their exceptional service and commitment to completely solving the problem.

If used VJ twice for a mice problem in my apartment. They’ve responded incredibly quickly even with one being a 3am panic call about a mouse in my room. They took my whole apartment apart to look for the mouse patching every hole they found along the way. They’re absolutely incredible and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Great service! I called about removing a wasp nest and he was able to arrive within a few hours and removed it in just a few minutes. Was very professional, super happy with the experience!

Absolutely amazing same day service! I saw a mouse last night and called them the next day and he was at my apt within 40 mins. Explained everything so well and was just very reassuring during a highly stressful moment and made sure everything was sealed up well. I asked if I could call back if I saw anything and he noted he would make sure to come back if need be though he was confident I shouldn’t see anymore mice. Thank YOUUU

Great and efficient! They came recommended and I've been using them ever since. When I first moved into my apartment we were roach infested. They came and I didn't see one after. Over a year later I had them come back for a touch up. So wonderful and kind! Definitely should be your go to guys!

We’ve called VJ a couple of times. They are very responsive and extremely thorough. They are very efficient, but you never feel like they’re rushing and they always take the time to explain what they’re doing / listen to the issue. We’ve been very satisfied with their work and while you don’t ever want to need an exterminator, they’ve become our go-to when issues with pests come up.
