The two stars are for the guy in the fish department he was very nice. As for the lady that did my final checkout she was very abrupt and rude.

Afterwork hours, a weekday, three huge lines, and only TWO cashiers are open. The store should either work properly, or shut down.

Why is the line always SO long no matter what time of day? Many of the cashiers move as slowly as possible and wait in between customers to talk amongst themselves and stand there doing nothing (NOTE - not knocking the cashiers and employees who work hard and do their jobs). The management of this store must be incompetent, lazy, or both. Why is there no express line? There used to be! Many other whole foods have express lines! This store seems intent on making every customer as miserable as possible. The prepared/prepackaged food is also disgusting now - the chicken tenders taste poisonous and potentially occult.

If I could give this WF no stars I would! Amazon destroyed this store. I have been shopping here since 2004, when I asked an employee where an item was located and THEY WALKED ME TO THE AISLE!! That's customer service. Good luck now! That would never happen! Unfortunately, this location is a basically a distribution center for Amazon. Delivery shoppers crowd the aisles looking at shopping lists on their phones and do not care about anything but meeting their quota for the day. They ruined it on every level. Very disappointed in Amazon's mismanagement of this location. Horrible!

No more customer care only 3 cashiers and one guy working the deli and entire pre cooked dept on a busy saturday afternoon amazon was the worst thing that has happened to this place

This location continues to go down hill! For years the store was well-stocked, staff was friendly and lines manageable. Now in every trip there's one or more needed items missing from shelves, staff is unfriendly and with attitude as well as very long lines at checkout due to lack of cashiers. The store is also littered with store pickers for online shoppers.I go to Trader Joe's and receive a great customer experience on all fronts for less money. It feels as if Amazon has a purpose in letting this Whole Foods location get sooo bad...they couldn't possibly be trying to be successful.

This store has basically become a factory for Prime grocery pickers to come and pick the grocery items that they will then send out for delivery. These pickers need to be trained- at every angle, they are pushing their carts into people, parking filled carts in front of the refrigerator sections thus blocking me from getting what I need. They're looking into their phones constantly at their orders and running into me and every other Whole Foods customer, some going so far as to rush ahead of me to pick the groceries they need so that I can't get to them first. I feel like I have to get out of THEIR way, but shouldn't it be the opposite? I am a customer. Whatever happened to the Whole Foods customer service experience? I remember years ago when I used to ask a team member where something was, and s/he would actually walk me specifically to where that item was. These days the team members can't be bothered. I felt like a nuisance shopping at this grocery store, like I was interrupting the employees! This is not the way an Amazon in-store shopping experience should be. Please put customers first again. This is happening across the board at all Whole Foods stores by the way. Jim Cramer on CNBC says Whole Foods under Amazon is not good anymore. I agree. Mediocrity is entering the Amazon system. A shame.On the plus side my checkout person (cashier) was wonderful, and one bakery team member behind the counter was especially helpful, nice and friendly and asked me if I needed anything as I was looking at the refrigerated cakes. Subsequently I bought a cake. Good customer service = customer spending increase. Amazon/Whole Foods as a whole seems to have forgotten this, but, the bakery team member and cashier were great.

The cashier staff are always so rude and unpleasant at this store. I'm yet to encounter a happy, polite or pleasant one. They also never have enough staff on so the lines are long. Jeff Bezos needs to improve staff morale and employ more people. Take some advice and tips from Trader Joes!

Poor Service and always lacking consistency. Floor layout is exceptionally bad and checking out feels like a circus. Never have the products needed and getting anything out of the food bar feels like you're gambling with food poisoning. Since Amazon took over the entire side of the building is filled with workers blocking the sidewalk and street.

I reviewed with only 3 stars because I’d like to get the department heads attention who’s responsible for selling the fresh coffee beans that are available to be custom ground. I go into the store several times per week and the coffee grinder is broken more than its operable. Hey! You’re losing sales!! I enjoy shopping here as I love your produce area, which is always displayed attractively and fresh. Keep up the good work and please replace the coffee grinder.

This WF was just okay for me. It was super convenient to the hotel where I was staying. It's small and has a smaller choice of items. We did get sushi to go a few times for the perfect hotel dinner.

TERRIBLE!!!! Bought some fresh sausage made by Wholefoods; Spinich Feta Chicken Sausage. Cooked it, and while we were eating, I gagged on a piece of plastic that was inside the sausage!! Luckily, I was able to spit it out before it got lodged in my throat! After calming down, we took photos of the plastic, and then we contacted Wholefoods sent photos told them what happened. I am very upset because Wholefoods as a company represents themselves as "pure" and "wholesome"...what is a piece of plastic doing inside a sausage??? It has been more than 24hours, and I didn't hear back from them regarding this terrible incident and I can say for sure that we are extremely disappointed at Wholefood's lack of decency and response! This is why I am posting this. WHOLEFOODS BEWARE!!! Control your food quality please!

Whole food market used to carry lots of organic food and great price. It’s now like many other mass produced markets. Bad quality and pricy!! Disappointed and we find another market to replace this.
