Best buy auto repair services is horrible, they don't communicate well , they hold your car for weeks without contact. My car was there over two weeks and they claimed to made repair but that was a lie. I knew how he greeted me at the front desk that services were going to be poor because he was lazy and stand offish.offshore.. but never again . BUMS

Mike was really great with helping me get the vehicle I wanted and making sure everything was up to date and communication was outstanding. Worked really hard to make sure all our ducks were in a row to get the car as fast as possible, I recommend going here and talking to him if you're looking for a new/used car.

After briefly visiting BestBuyCar Sales last week, I walked in and discussed my need for a dependable vehicle with Sales Manager Mike C, he immediately went into service mode and directed my girlfriend and I to a great car and gave his all to help us drive away the same day with a Chevrolet Equinox. Mike C. and Allan went above and beyond to make everything easy for us and we're very grateful for all they done to serve our need! Thankyou Mike and Allan for a great job!

Purchasing vehicles is great! The repair shop not so much.. took my veh to the shop at least 3 times for a grind noise being made the last time I called I was told I’d get a call when the part arrived, it has now been almost a month and I never received a phone call I had to take my vehicle else where for it to be fixed the very first time I brought it there. Not satisfied with how they handle repairs would recommend taking else where for any repairs as they told me the vehicle would be safe to drive and the other shop told me theyd recommend not driving it until it’s fixed . Also when I bought the car I was told I would get a detail. My veh never got detailed I had to clean the vehicle myself

I saw some bad reviews, but Alan was very helpful. I was looking at vehicles for my brother, who lives 2 plus hours away. I test drove a jeep. Got a great deal on it. He had everything all set for my brother to just come drive it and take it home. My brother said all the paperwork was ready and he was out the door in no time!

I purchased a car from best buy auto ,within a few days experienced some issues and they were more than willing to fix it for me. I came back a month later with some other issues. I was past their given warranty but they still were willing to help and took off the charge for the oil change. They have been very helpful and kept their integrity as a company in my eyes. Is go to them again for a car purchase. I hope they continue to be there as I may need them in the future. Thanks best buy for a good experience in car buying. Hannah Freeman.

Good experience until my car kept breaking down it has been undrivable for 26 days and counting out of the 40 days I have had it, it has been in the shop numerous times for multiple issues including a engine replacement 4 days after getting it back the transmission went I have had no way to get back and forth to work or take my kids where they need to go best buy does not care about what I have delt with through this process I have broke down and been stranded 3 times. I would not recommend to anyone because if there is a problem they don't treat u right yes they will fix it but I still have no vehicle and no way to get around but they have my trade in that drove just fine and my money this is not what I thought I was going to be getting i wanted to upgrade my car and feel secure in a newer vehicle I don't know how I drive in my car and put a down payment and have to struggle to get to work make doctors appointments cancel my vacation and they act like it's not there problem when they sold me a vehicle with a ticking in the engine told me it was normal for that kind if engine I took it to a different repair shop and was advised to return the vehicle it has a bad engine only then did they agree after telling me it was fine to replace the engine which they did I had it back for 4 days and starting having transmission issues I brought it back right before I left for vacation they tell me they fixed it and sent me on my way even wished me a good vacation I made it an hour on the thruway the next day when it broke down for the 3rd time and my vacation was canceled but I'm crazy for wanting a refund

Was pretty much strung along told them the max I'd do on everything was told that it was fine then was told it would take a day three days later I reached out was told that no bank would give me a loan then was told actually I was approved for over double down than what I said was my max asked for the details of it was told in 5 minutes he would call me 30 minutes later he asks me to send a picture of my social security card (I do have a fraud alert) but said I wasn't comfortable with that and was okay with them calling and me confirming stuff on my report because that's what happened with a previous car I had told me that has never happened and I was wrong and then I had to ask once again for the terms of the loan he was offering which he finally told me

I haven't personally purchased a vehicle here. A member of my family has, they bought a nice SUV the motor and vehicle overall is great. The door handle fell off & they didn't have a raido for a while but Allen got around to getting them straightened out. Seems to be a decent deal ship!

I enjoyed purchasing my car from Best Buy. I asked for low miles, low monthly payment, and a clean car and I got all three wishes. The first day I noticed something was wrong with the transmission. The service department was friendly and was able to resolve my issue. I will be recommending this business to family and friends.

I just purchased my vehicle less than a week ago (Chevy Malibu) and something has went wrong EVERYDAY. I was told it may be a minor issue like a sensor or a part that came off but I’ll change my review, if the issue is resolved when I take it in for service, but so far I am not pleased with this vehicle specifically because it’s not even the vehicle I put my credit application in for.
