I’ve been working out with George since January after a time away from the gym. I’ve lost 12 pounds, gained muscle and the best thing is that he helped me to get motivated again! Always a fun and challenging place! Loved it!

Had a great workout with Ben leading the class. Typical classes or trainers have fast paced groups but this one took its time, had different exercises, focused on stretches that can be done anywhere. Also enjoyed Ben catering exercises based on my needs.
