Went there this afternoon looking to get a new phone activated. Sal was at the desk. He has horrible impatience and horrible customer service. He’s lazy and rude. Didn’t help at all or give us any information about what we needed to do. He didn’t listen, and escalated the situation by starting to argue with us after not listening to anything we asked. His attitude about everything in the situation was absolutely horrendous. No reason for someone with such a disgusting attitude to have a job in customer service. He clearly has no sense of how to do his job or how to interact with people. He even took a call in the middle of our interaction and was even more rude to whoever was on the other end of the phone (clearly a customer) than he was to us. How did he even get this job?

I stopped in today to get a new phone and it was my first time going to this location as I have had bad experiences at other locations. And I have to say that Sal was the best very friendly helpful and knowledgeable about his phones. It was a very pleasant experience with Sal I will be definitely going back when it’s time for another phone.

Sal is rude, lazy and won't take the time to diagnose the problem. I will never shop there again. Charges you $2.00 cash to pay your phone bill. Screw him.

T-mobile is a scam if you signed up for a free phone promo in the last 2 years. There is a good chance that they added it to your plan and started charging you for a phone that was on your plan. T-Mobile is now changing there terms and conditions so you can't file a class action lawsuit with them they are now going to be able to sweep crimes and accusations under the rug without you knowing. By signing you u for a free phone then making you pay for it makes it look like more people on signing onto T-Mobile artificially driving up there market value. T mobile also refuse to print contracts or terms and conditions when you sign up. You have to agree and sign everything on there website. The same website the have access to change whenever they please. That means they can change your plan,terms, and contract all without your knowledge or permission

I want to give a special shout out to Kya and Mikhail. Kya was so helpful when I came in the first time around on looking to trade in my old iPhone for the new one. She was so polite and personable which I really appreciated. She submitted an order for my new iPhone and it got here in time. Mikhail helped me transfer the data from my old iPhone to the new one and although it did take a while for everything to transfer over, he was very patient and attentive. He explained everything and was able to have my new phone set up successfully. Thanks for all the help!

The customer service recieved at the Oceanside location was horrible. The gentleman I spoke to was so rude to me. Called a different location and my question was answered 1 2 3, the gentleman I spoke to at the different location was very knowledgeable. This review is strictly due to the customer service I just received at this location. I think that the person in charge should train their staff better.

The worst customer service I ever experienced. They would not let me buy a phone because it was Friday night 620pm and they close at 7pm. The guy should be fired right away. You have one job and apparently there too hard for them at this store

I had a complicated list of things to do... Pay off my friends phone& bill Move him to my acct Intall Sim cards& Move my 2 phones to T-Mobile fr sprint etc etc "JOSE" knew what I needed to do & in what order He did e everything for me The only thing I had to do myself was have my friend call T-Mobile 800# to release his# to my account This is the BEST Store for cust svc THANK YOU JOSE!!! THANK YOU MANAGER ROBERT G!!!
