I was having trouble with an online purchase not going through so I called the store they had everything in stock that I wanted to purchase.Tyler was fabulous he showed me all that was available to me,explained everything and assisted me with setting up my new phone.I won't make the mistake of shopping online again when I can go into a store have a pleasant experience and might I say the other associates were very nice as well.

Had a wireless home phone problem, and the Manager helped us solve it toot-sweet. I had almost 3 weeks of messing around on phone and online with AT&T Wireless. Xaviar had the situation taken care of in about 15 minutes or so. Thanks, again, Gentlepeople of Southside Mall!
