Made an appointment online and confirmed it over the phone. When we got there, we waited 20+ min. past our appointment time to talk to someone. We were told it’s “first come first served” and an appointment only guarantees you will see someone. It would have been nice to know that before we got there. They shouldn’t make it an option to make an appointment.

AT&T Store in Oneonta,NY needs to have more. Agents on staff I had to wait for 15minutes . For an AT&T to be available (2) customers walked out because. There were (6) people waiting. This cell phone has a lot of issues with me. I should have stayed with an I Phone. I wish that an AT&T representative would call me or text me. About the issues with my cell phone.

Turns out just because the doors open at 9:56 doesn't mean your aloud in ull be asked to leave because they don't open till 10 won't make that mistake again

Been to a few AT&T stores, but this one by far is the best the young man and young lady assisted me where others have failed. They were on top of their game.Toni is on point!

Came in to the store two days in a row and was having difficulty with an Apple Watch. Julia ( retail associate) & Tyler (the manager) were both very patient on the first day with my 80+ yr old grandmother. They were knowledgeable and thorough when answering questions and walking me through the process. I really appreciate them both for being courteous and helpful with what seemed like an impossible task in the beginning. Highly recommend these two for customer service! Thank you!

Was in 7/06 went in after work to change phone. Was acknowledged quickly and friendly. Told Toni what I wanted. He was informative and didn't rush me. He was supportive and gave me info on two phones I was trying to decide between. He was interrupted a couple of times and handled the situation cool, calm, and collected. Was in the previous week and told that gentleman my situation, wanting to see what I had to do to get into a different phone. Very friendly and professional as well. Researched our account and gave us all the options we had. Answered any questions we had. Even though we did not buy anything that day, he did not make us feel like we wasted his time. During our 7/06 purchase from start to finish was under 35 minutes. Most of those minutes were me trying to figure out which phone I wanted.

These guys didn't put my three lines oh the plan they were supposed to so my bill was $100 more than it was supposed to be. A phone call took $50 off but the store itself took off nothing. They had the wrong line eligible for an upgrade and even though they tell you you're eligible for an upgrade or to buy accessories, and pay for them as an add on to your bill on a certain date, it isn't true. Still have another couple weeks before either is available.

I went in to get a prepaid plan for my unlocked phone. After I paid, my phone did not work with their network. They said they can't do prepaid refunds in the store and gave me a number to call. I called the number and they said I had to go into the store to get a refund. Now I have to dispute the charge with my bank to get the money back for services that were not provided to me.

I was having trouble with an online purchase not going through so I called the store they had everything in stock that I wanted to purchase.Tyler was fabulous he showed me all that was available to me,explained everything and assisted me with setting up my new phone.I won't make the mistake of shopping online again when I can go into a store have a pleasant experience and might I say the other associates were very nice as well.
