Delivery was on time, however after spending 3000$+ you’d think the appliances would be in excellent shape. Nope. Fridge has dents and scratches all over. Called and wanted it picked back up. Was told I have to keep it till a new one arrives.

The Oneonta store came through for me after a horrible two weeks dealing with Amsterdam. While I had to come pick up the product (as I ran out of time waiting for the other store to fail to deliver), three guys helped load four pallets onto my trailer to fulfill my order. Great job Oneonta!

I bought these cabinets from Home Depot. I was told by the man who delivered them that they can't bring them in because that was not listed. So they left them in my drive way. I could t carry them in.

A hundred people walking around looking bored, but apparently none can help order a carpet except the one guy talking about pigs and cows with a customer for an hour. Not even the guy sitting in the carpet section on his phone trying hard to ignore us. Waited about a month to get samples sent to us, not the 3 days promised, a month. Now sitting here what looks like it is going to be another month before I can get anyone to help me. Was in last week and left because I couldn’t get help then either. What had happened to this store? Used to love it.

Rented a 35ft lift on 9/19/20. when we got to our place to set it up the E-brake was not adjusted properly so unit started to roll once unhooked from truck. after setting down riggers to hold it in place got all tools in basket was only able to use for 30 min before Battery died. Called store to complain and was told not there problem. had to charge 6 Hrs and climb in basket to see charge level since lower meter on frame was not working. once fully charged had nothing but problems. unit kept stopping due to a fault. after fully inspecting the unit found hydraulic pressure sensor wire not connected. Unit was unsafe and not ready for use. had to bring back before 24hr or would have been charged another 380 bucks and did not even finish the job we started to do. Will never rent from again.

I will always come here for my home projects. I am a young woman and I really appreciate never feeling talked down to by any of the workers here. They just give you their recommendations and you're on your way. In particular, Mike at the paint counter is such a wealth of knowledge. Really great people who are happy to help.

There was a decent selection of herbs, which is what we were there for. It looked as though COVID (staffing reductions, etc.) may have had an impact on some plants' health. Overall though, they had what we needed.

Careful when ordering from this company! They hire a third party to deliver your items and don’t do anything if items come up missing!!! Beyond pissed at how easily they push customers aside and disregard for a customer and condescending. I will NEVER buy any more appliances (or any items for that fact) and will NEVER recommend them to anyone

I've never been to a Home Depot this terrible. The customer service reps are rude and really don't want to be there. I own a fiber optic construction company and constantly send my guys to Home Depot's across the country. I had to return a few things and pick up a couple drills for new guys. I tried to return a few things my guys had purchased on their company credit cards which I don't have an exact replica of each card so they first tried to say the tool belt I was returning wasn't in their system and that guy just walked away and another guy stepped in scanned my other things and basically told me I needed their company card to return the tool belt. So first HD employee lies to me when I know very well the guys bought the belt there it was still in the plastic but the first employee opened it to verify it "wasn't in their system". I went to the shelf and got the exact same one and brought it to them and then they said I needed my employees card. Regardless I'm rethinking using Home Depot especially in the North.

A fair rating is being generous. Bought an air conditioner. Left it to pick it up but decided to ask to have it delivered and installed - a joke. For $79 we will deliver but you have to lug it upstairs and install it yourself. "We don't install." For an elderly widow that is not good news. Will think twice about ordering from Home Depot again.
