These guys are great. Coming off an extremely bad experience from another garage in town, who neglected something I'm told is very basic and put my car and my personal safety at risk. These guys got me right in, told me what the issue was almost immediately, went out of their way to give me a discount because of how badly I'd been screwed by the other garage, and were overall just a pleasure to deal with. I've since had the same issue two more times, for the same reasons, and these guys have gotten me back in quickly with almost no notice, now for 3 appointments in a little over a week. They corrected the problem again, and didn't charge me both times. Good guys, good service, good prices. I'll be coming back. Hopefully not for a while this time though.

Wonderful service. On a military transfer move and suddenly had a tire leak. They took me in on short notice and provided top notch customer service.

No communication from them after leaving my truck there. Asked for an oil change and tire rotation and to see if they could fix a leaky AC condenser. Never got a tire rotation after two different trips and never got a phone call when they were done either time. Also don’t believe the posted hours they don’t come in at 7:30

I would give them 10 stars if I could. My family and I drove from Chicago to Cooperstown for my son to play baseball and we noticed that our car seemed 'wobbly' at low speeds so I wanted to get it checked out and fixed before driving back. The guys at Mr. Tire fit me in right before closing and took the time to fix the alignment, check and rotate the tires and test everything out to make sure it was done right. They got us back on the road and we were able to safely drive back home. They clearly know what they are doing and they take pride in their work. If I lived in the area, I'd give them all of our business going forward!

**** UPDATE TO MY PRIOR POST: I went to my regular mechanic today (8/2) to have the right bearing changed out. It cost only 300 bucks. Mr. Tire charged me more than double -- 679.00 for the left bearing. A TOTAL RIPOFF. Disgusting. DO NOT GO to this place unless you want to spend much more than you have to. I am livid right now.Prior Post: I went there to have a wheel bearing checked and replaced. I ended up being told that both my bearings were bad, and that I needed rear brakes. I told them I was not doing any brakes, and asked which bearing was the worst. I ended up getting the driver side bearing fixed which is the one I thought was the problem in the first place. What I was shocked about was the price. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS. It came to 679.00 for ONE BEARING. OUCH. I got a quote from the local Toyota dealer for 471... two hundred bucks cheaper from the DEALER. I had the bearing replaced though, as it was on the verge of complete failure, and I could not get into my mechanic or the Toyota dealer until mid-week next week. I will likely never go here again unless absolutely necessary. I totally feel like I got ripped off. I DID! I will keep my appt with my regular mechanic to have the other bearing looked at, and to have the brakes checked just to verify what I was told. I hate being taken advantage of. I found out too that the mechanics at Monro, Mr. Tire, etc, work on commission, so it is not surprising that I was pushed other work that may or may not have been necessary. If you go here, BEWARE and ask lots of questions. As for the mechanics and the supervisor, Cody, I have no issue with. They were knowledgeable, and knew their stuff. I at least feel confident the bearing is ok, but the inflated prices were totally a bummer.

A friend recommended Mr. Tire in Oneonta and I couldn't be happier. I called them because I had a flat tire. They said come on in. They were friendly and professional and had the tire repaired in minutes. And there's no charge for tire repair. Thanks for turning a bad day into a good one.

Was quoted $1200 to fix a couple issues. ordered the parts online for $300. I don't mind paying labor but $900 for 2 tires, rotors and brake pads seems excessive. I could be wrong though

I just had my winter tires swapped out for summer ones in the most courteous, professional, and expert way imaginable by Ryan at Mr. Tire in Oneonta. This shop gets my highest possible recommendation without any hesitation whatsoever. Many places don’t know how to put Teslas up on a lift, but Ryan not only knew how to do this but had his own “pucks” (which ensure that the car’s battery isn’t damaged by the lift). He was also familiar with all the necessary aspects of my car’s electronics and systems.A great experience all around! I’ll be back for all tire-related needs.

I broke down off the highway and they jumped at the change to help me out with an emergency repair. The man who helped me out was just fantastic. He was friendly and reassuring and being stranded in a town I’d never heard of made me feel like I’d be back on the road soon when everyone else couldn’t even talk to me until next Christmas. On top of that he had my car done almost immediately. He tracked down parts I needed and was just excellent. Reasonable prices too. If I was local, I’d be a regular! Just good honest people doing good work.

Excellent service. Truck got in right away, despite being early for my appointment. Service manager didn't have any issues dealing with my Tire Rack order, and didn't give me any grief about the change in size (went to the "optional" larger size, which fixed a LOT of my shifting issues). Had some trouble with the TPMS sensors getting programmed, but the issue seems to have resolved itself on the way home. It may have taken a little longer than I anticipated, but since I came a little early and they went straight to work, it wasn't a problem at all. Overall, I think I'll be coming here from now on, despite being 45 minutes from home. Thanks to everyone there. She drives so much better than she used to!
