I was having and issue with my Goodrx discount and the staff worked with, me and Goodrx to find a solution! Rose the Pharmacy Tech and the Pharmacist on duty were absolutely incredible to work with. Highly recommend the best customer service I've seen in years anywhere!

Tryed called to see about my meds and on the phone for half an hour and no one answered the phone I called the pharmacy and the front and no answer how am I supposed to get my medicine if they don't answer the flipping phone

I just received new insurance and they had to re-bill the insurance. I asked if I could use GoodRX with it and they flat out said to me, “now you want me to re-bill again” and that’s not what I want to hear like I’m inconveniencing them to do their jobs because they have no idea what they are doing. They then said I could not use both because they didn’t want to re-bill again.

My wife went into the store and left without her purchase because the employee behind the register was hacking. She didn’t want him touching her items. For a wellness center to have an employee hacking behind the counter tells me they don’t care about their employees wellness so how good can they be with their customers.

Always have to call to remind them I need my script filled. It's a controlled substance so it cannot be filled early, but my doc always sends it over so they have it when it's time. It's never ready the day it's supposed to be. Today I had to call twice. First person I spoke to said it wasn't ready yet and that it would be ready soon. Called back an hour and a half later. Got a male on the phone who said he didn't have my script, but then found it and said it would be another hour before it's ready...

1-day turn around for my PCR (not rapid) Covid test. Needed by airline for international travel. This test is free! PCR normally take 1-3 biz days for results, which Rite Aid advised. This is tough when airlines don’t accept tests older than 72hrs. WellNow Urgent Care, Oneonta promises 12-24hr turn-around but it’s not free like this one :) 5-mins to get swabbed @ 7pm, results the next evening! Very pleased!

Every time I go to this Rite Aid, I always have a positive experience. Everyone in pharmacy as been so helpful and informative when I go for my Covid testing. I received my covid booster and my annual flu shots from here. They are always timely. I also, enjoy doing some of my shopping inside the store. They are always ready to help me when I have questions!

Trying to my prescription and one pharmacist working. Needed my meds for a medical condition and the pharmacist was rude and only doing drive up only for COVID testing and told me I had to wait 15 mins. If this was a serious medical issue, I would have died in the store and the pharmacist would be responsible. Rite Aid needs to know what's priority.
