Bought an expensive 3k Kenmore Fridge. Lasted 22 months. Store couldnt help. Sears parts direct took 3 weeks of trouble shooting, fridge had Whirlpool, Kemmore and LG parts. Never cooled again, sent for junk. Store was not helpful because there was no warranty. Bought a Maytag dishwasher. Stopped draining after 14 months, no extra warranty and store couldnt help. Did you know if you buy a warranty they have 12months from date of issue to come repair? No problem, just go 1 year without fridge.

Never like dealing with Sears. Overpriced and never have items in stock. Always have to have items delivered to my home. Update: After eight days for delivery, it was the wrong size belt. Now I will have to return and will be out of time and money. I will NEVER go through Sears again.
