Horrible customer service, claims its not a spectrum mobile store yet it is and they have a badge saying spectrum mobile expert. Gave me a bad sim car and refused to take it back without force, do not go here unless you are willing to fight for what needs to be done.

The cable and internet delivery is very good. Service and response is hit or miss. Once in awhile you get someone who is very helpful. Usually not helpful and no one is responsible. It's a faceless corporation.

Not a fan of Spectrum itself. But the women here today were knowledgeable and did their best to get through the line quickly. They also did very well with a difficult customer before us. I wouldn't have had their patience. Definitely 5 stars to them!
