I sent them my Rigid Pro Press over 10 weeks ago, and never heard back. I've called day after day, but the number is busy or down. This was a $3,500 tool. I'm filing charges of theft with the NY State Police.

It shouldn’t even have stars. My lawnmower has been there since may it’s now October.Every time you call they said it’s on back order the part. Well today I called and the phone number is out of service. I called Troy built and they are handling it for me. Never going there again.
