I have lived a Badger Creek Apartments twice now. Both times I have a good experience. The people that work here are people to be around and are willing to help people when it's needed. Lisa in the office will do her best to help people with things if she can. She has also helped us in the apartments by getting a pantry to come in and help us with food. Chad is willing to help with repairs as soon he is available to do so.

5 Stars – A Wonderful Place for Our Family!
My wife, our two kids, and I have been living at Badger Creek Apartments for the past year, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. From the moment we moved in, we’ve felt like part of a welcoming community.
The apartments themselves are spacious and well-maintained, with modern appliances and plenty of room for our family to grow. The layout is perfect for our needs, and there’s always enough space for the kids to play indoors and out.
What really stands out about Badger Creek, though, is the amazing staff. They’re always available and responsive whenever we have a question or need assistance. The maintenance team is prompt, friendly, and ensures that everything is taken care of in a timely manner.
The amenities here are also fantastic. The kids love the playground, and there’s always a nice place to walk and enjoy the scenery. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and close to great schools and shopping, which makes life here that much easier.
Overall, Badger Creek Apartments have been the perfect fit for our family. It’s a wonderful place to call home, and we’re grateful for the friendly, family-oriented atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful living space!

I've lived here for a little bit now and at first was a little iffy with old management, but Since Lisa and Chad took over it's becoming a very nice place to live and call home. They are doing a great job and are very friendly and caring, if anything needs to be fixed Lisa and Chad handle it right away with no problems. I would recommend this place to other people to call home. Thanks Lisa and Chad for being awesome.

I have lived here about two years ..I Love the place ..I'm 54 and its the best place that works for me ...Lisa in the office does a amazing job keeping up as far as I can see ..The place has really looks a lot better since Lisa took over ..like yards ECT...its a nice place for a family setting...Chad that works here does a great job also he's moving every minute doing something..Been here for two winters so far and and close to Walmart...I call it home and really glad I am here ..I got great neighbors to vary nice place to be safe and happy ...Great place for kids also ..

Nice place located in a quiet rural-type neighborhood, with deer roaming and ducks in the creek. Management is helpful and willing to work with you should you be in need. I have lived under EDC Management for 9 years now, in two different places, and they keep their apartments nice and tidy.

You will be lucky if you an even reach the office. This woman does everything but answer the damn phone! Last week I called at least 50 times in a day she didn't answer once.
