Paid for in January. Started late February. Told them not to come back yet end of October. Lost to many days of work. Poor workmanship. John Powers construction, their only contractor, is unreliable, unprofessional & does damage to everything they touch. Terrible customer care.

The worst customer service ever. My elderly mother wanted to purchase a new washer and dryer, we were there for an hour, we were advised that there was only one person in the store that could take care of that dept. And they were busy

Was looking for a new microwave. Home depot had one in stock not the one I wanted at lowes but I think I got a better one here even though it was an hour away drive.
