This is our branch of choice for our banking with Community Bank. They always seem to have really good people ready to help. We recently went in to take care of some account things and Brandy Stephens, the branch manager, helped us, and was SO friendly, helpful, and efficient. She went out of her way to get us everything we needed, and we left with exactly what we went in as well as a smile on our faces. Customer service like that is cause for mentioning, in our book! Thanks, Brandy, and other staff. :)

Horrible customer service was rude to and yelled at by Megan who bad mouthed her other co workers cinthia and yavon before hanging up on me. Refused to provide me with service even though I have an account. Should be shut down or Megan fiered and replaced.

Here is a bank who you can feel at home with. Small town feel, easy to work with and pleasant people all the time. We've been fortunate to have Mary and the rest of the crew to help us over the last 10 plus years. We will be banking with Community for many more years to come.

Thieves - that is my summary of their business practices. Don't be suckered in by their low or no cost accounts - make one mistake and they beat you bloody with fees. We have done business with them for many years, but no more. For the past 3-4 years the Phelps branch has been under management that specializes in saying, "No, we couldn't possibly." We approached them for mortgage refi and they wanted over $7000 in fees. We laughed and went down the street to Generations bank and got a better rate and much lower fees. Since then, one by one, we have moved our personal and business accounts to Generations.
