Very rude staff. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. They need proper customer service training. They don't care about people's time but very concern about their time and staffs are always rush to go home.
To the staff- If you don't like your job just quit. You don't have to be nasty with people.

Rude staff! Had an appointment at 9:45 and was told it was “too late to perform” the test I should’ve “come in earlier”. I explained they had no earlier available appointments she told me I should’ve walked in. Their website didn’t specify my test was multiple hours long and because they closed in an “hour and a half” they wouldn’t perform the test. Yet my doctor said the test should only take an hour. Very rude staff. Will never return. I’ve always had a horrible experience with labcorp. Unfortunately Labcorp is the only place that will do this type of test.

Wow. So rude and unprofessional. If I could zero stars, I would. I will make sure to never recommend this Labcorp to anyone who expects to be treated with common decency and respect. Someone needs to confront the woman of color (I didn’t get her name) on her disgusting attitude and personality.

Never notified me on my blood results. Waited almost two weeks decided to make an online account and my results were posted 1day after I got my test done. Called my Doctor nor did they fax my paper work over to them .

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had getting my blood drawn. I just walked out of my appointment and I am writing this from my car. My lab technician was Shamika and she was absolutely amazing. She explained that I have vasovagal which is why I get tunnel vision and almost pass out when I get my blood drawn. She not only waited with me until I felt better, but she didn’t rush me, she talked with me, and she got me water AND a Werther’s caramel to help get some sugar in my body. She is fantastic and I will be requesting her from here on out whenever I have my blood drawn. She definitely doesn’t get paid enough for how awesome she is at her job. Thank you Shamika!!!

BEWARE!! If for some reason your insurance doesn’t cover your visit, you could end up with a bill for nearly $5000 like I did. There is a law that requires them to give you an estimate of the charges if you book in advance. Make sure you save the proof of when you booked - amazingly, their legal team provided false information about when I had booked mine. Horrible company!

Waited over 45 mins to be seen. Asked them how much longer, as I had an upcoming appointment elsewhere. Staff acted like they couldn't be bothered. Literally ignored me and stared at her computer like she was doing something. Whoever hired these clowns should b ashamed. Jesus. If no star was possible, that would still be too generous.

I have been to this location twice in the past few weeks and both times I was greeted and treated by a very rude, unprofessional, indifferent, disrespectful, cold and unwelcoming staff. The first time I blew it off because everyone has a bad day. The second time shows a pattern. The Phlebotomist who took my blood walks in the room where I was waiting and very nastily says, "You need to sit down." This is after I was sitting and waiting for a half an hour. I comply and I tell her "My veins suck and you may want to use my left arm. Most other folks were successful with that one." She says nothing and proceeds to grab my right arm and puts the tourniquet on tighter than I have ever felt. She then walks out of the room for 5 minutes. She returns and gets the blood from my right arm as if to prove a point. She left me with this horrendous bruise that is finally starting to fade after about a week. I will never go back there.

My grandfather came to this facility today and his hands shake so he asked for assistance with the kiosk. The lady at the desk was extremely rude abrupt and refused to help him. What happened to kindness? He would’ve waited patiently for her to free up no need to be rude about it. Maybe she should consider a career change. So disappointed.

The woman doing my diabetes test for pregnancy had me sit down in the chair, she shook her head at me in disappointment (no prior conversation) and told me I needed to “plan my pregnancy better” mind you this woman knew nothing about me or my pregnancy.
