A real dollar store, unlike Chinese/Indian 99c & UP "discount" stores. Of course, lots of junk but some good finds here and there. Not bad.

Never disappointed when i visit a dollar tree store. For the best finds and a wider variety, visit multiple stores.

I literally drive 3 miles just to avoid this dollar tree. It doesn't matter how jampacked this location is they are only going to have ONE line and get annoyed if you ask for another register to be opened. There are LITERALLY boxes everywhere to the point where you can't even access some of the aisles. I'm trying to understand how they never have anything on the actual shelves and then I realized that it's because everything is still in boxes waiting to be put on the racks. Lastly, why are the workers wearing bonnets on their heads like they just rolled out of bed and clocked in?! Its so ghetto and unprofessional that it is truly unfathomable. Seriously....this store needs better management and a complete overhaul.

This store is a joke. There is only 1 cashier for a long lines. They don’t have enough chaser ALL THE TIME.

Poor management. The store is always empty. Who do I blame economy or us that always looking for $1 items and company can't keep up with the margin? Besides all that store do need company's attention when it comes to payroll and more items. I believe management only can do so much with the hours they get to run the store. Need more items selection. I wouldn't call it a Dollar Tree. I would call the messy heaven.

It's a good place to shop great price

This store is horribly messy and seems to get worse every time I visit. I don't mean it's just untidy or there's a few things out of place or askew, I mean that oftentimes their shelves are just piles of jumbled product. I visited at noon in the middle of a weekday and barely anyone was there, so it's not like there was a massive rush of people wrecking the place with careless shopping, and their stationary section was piles of unmanageable damaged goods. I spent a few minutes trying to dig through it to find some index cards but eventually gave up and went to the local 99¢ and up shop a block down. I probably should've gone there in the first place everything was well organized and tidily stacked.

It's a $1 store. What more do you want for a $1? I picked up a 2pk awesome pen for $1. Cant go wrong with that. A 2pk pen at Walmart is over $2.

It's a Dollar Tree, you get me. I won't say it's dirty but it's an eyesore, extreamly disorganized. Customer service is okay. Somehow the men treat me better than the ladies do. I come to this Dollar Trees for their "assured" brand face toner, it works wonderfully on my skin. I also get cleaning supplies from here AND sleep aids. Be vigilant when they're packing your items. I certainly didn't want to take an ammonia soaked sleeping pill tonight. Whatever the season, you'd find your decorations here along with gift packaging. Even with their issues I still like them so I'll always return. The End.

For the most part they're well stocked. They're always caught up with seasonal/ holiday items. I've been to slightly neater locations. The lines no matter what Dollar Tree you go to are horrendous so I can't take away for that. The parking is difficult since they're a very small lot on a busy street.

Update: I went back and to my surprise there was a total makeover. Seriously day and night. I asked and they are under new management. The shelves were organized a ton a carts available for shoppers. The shelves were a bit bare but I'm sure they will be stocked as they are fixing the isles. Definate improvement, I hope it continues. Hopefully they will start sending the store new products, although I did score some bath bombs which I've never seen there before.
2/21/2018 Always messy staff is no where to be found. Horrible organization mess everywhere. One of the worst dollor stores I've been to. Needs better managment and more staff to get the work done.

Um, idk who these people are saying great customer service. But it's not. I've been coming here for years because everything is $1, how can you beat that? AND they have cool little knickknacks. The customer service has always been crappy, but I ignored it because no one was directly rude to me until this year. I had two instances this year and just did not sit well with me, and I've worked in customer service for almost 10 years. I know how to treat people, even if it's dollar tree. Gimme a break, you're still getting paid. Anyways my first story is having a long line and no one wanting to blow up balloons. They wouldn't even tell me what's in stock and made me go look in the bins, which before that was a no no. Really rude. Second was when I got yelled at because I pointed out there was a customer ahead of me who was waiting to be rung up but the cashier didn't see. Some pregnant employee, idk her name. Safe to say. I didn't ask you to take this job. I didn't ruin your day. I didn't do your hair. I did make you gain all that weight. Don't be mad at me cuz your day is messed up. Show a smile and keep it moving. I'll never return to this store and give you money which will generate to more hours for these employees. Not even trying to be sexist but the males here are much nicer. Also it's always messy in here. Close the store properly and put all your take backs BACK!

Always good. The manager, she is the best.

Ghetto ghetto ghetto. The workers were all at the register loudly speaking across the way to each other. I didn't catch the gist of the conversation but they used lots of racial epithets while doing so. I hate that and I hate it even more when you're doing so in a business setting. It totally turned me off from wanting to return to this location to shop. Also, they were out of the candy I came in looking to buy. Also a strange oddity. I will not be returning.

Extremely cheap things but like a previous customer said...you get what you pay for. Customer service is a big fat 0!!! I had a cashier today who took my basket of items and dumped it all on the counter...I told her to stop because I had things in there such as a picture frame and I didn't want it to break. She said "it's not my job to empty your basket, you're supposed to do it." What difference did it make if she took the items out the basket and scanned them??? They keep the baskets anyhow, I don't take it home with me!! So rude but typical! The manager was standing right next to her and I'm sure he heard her but remained quiet. I told her she did not belong in customer service and she replied "oh well". Never going back there, I don't care how cheap they are.

I visited the store number 4930. The store was well put together. The customer service was horrible. I couldn't believe it. While shopping I heard worker at the front of the store using foul language as if they weren't at work. When I cashed out a to-go Lysol spay rang up $3.00 instead of $1.50 it was marked. I advised the cashier Ladonya that the price wasnt correct because it was labeled $1.50. Ladonya called the manager I walked away to look for the area I picked up the Lysol spray. I heard Ladonya say "you deal with her I got a head ache from the last one". When I came back to the register the manager was there. I explained the same thing to her. She advise me there was a shelf behind me that had the same spray as well marked for $3.00. I explained to her I got it in the allies. The store manager could care less about what I was saying and when I wanted to show Ladonya where I got it they made eye contact and snickered. Then the store manager said she couldn't change the price. The store manager and Ladonya were very unprofessional and rude. I was so upset I told the women they should be more professional. The women wanted to know how were they unprofessional. I explained and the store manager replied "I'm not gonna argue with you". There was no shouting or arguing. I feel that type of behavior and disrespect to customer is unacceptable. I will never visit this store again.

I love this place! Very affordable especially if your on a budget. They even sell food! When shopping I visit this place first because some of the items that they sell here are cheaper than the ones sold at my local supermarket. I wanted to make some spaghetti and meat sauce tonight, so I brought a box of thin spaghetti noodles, a jar of ragu sauce and a pack of turkey bacon (not for spaghetti), which all came up to $3.75. I also like to shop here for their household items as well. Its a great place for "make it yourself" gift ideas too. This is definitely the place to get a good card as well. The customer service is great and the staff are always available to help you. They get new shipments of products twice a week, so those are the best times to go. The only down fall about this establishment is that the parking lot is small and shared amongst a laundry mat, so the traffic can get just little congested. Other than that, its great!

Lines move fast and the deals are great. Good for household items mostly and cheap cards 2 for $1 ! The parking lot is small because its shared with the Laundromat customers.

Great discount store that's part of the Dollar Tree chain stores. Better than your average neighborhood 99 cents/dollar stores. Really nice staff and the store is always clean. It's still considerably new in the neighborhood, but I hope it remains clean and nice.
