Love this place A+ service and quality installation. I had a rock crack my windshield and Safelite made the replacement process easy. I called the number made an appointment and everything was covered by my insurance. Nothing out of pocket amazing! This is my second A+ experience with Safelite.

The manager here, Angel is the worst professional I’ve ever come across. I don’t know where to begin. Last month I dropped my car off for a 9 AM appointment and was told it would be ready in 2 hours. I received a call several hours later that Angel misplaced my car keys and hadn’t been able to move my car to start the repair. I had to have someone take my spare keys to them to move the car, and then later Uber there around 4:30 PM to pick up my car. I had a separate engagement that evening that I ended up being late for because of this. And While they did fund my Uber I was beyond upset that my keys were missing and the entire ordeal.Fast forward, Angel tells me he will replace my keys, but I have to go to the dealer in person to order them. There’s a safe lite across the street from my original dealer and he said he’d have someone there early Monday morning to charge a corporate card for the replacement. It takes me 40 mins to get to the dealer, I’m 8 months pregnant, and the safe lite manager that Angel said would be there is not! I tried calling Angel several times to figure out what to do, I was put on hold for 20 minutes, and had to keep calling to reach him. He says the manager wasn’t in and asked if I could come back the next day. A complete waste of time and he could have called me earlier in the morning to give me a heads up but did not.I am livid at this point. The front desk at this safelite tells me I could get a reimbursement check, so I ask Angel over the phone if that’s possible and he said yes. Now I’m furious because he never told me this was an option. Instead he was going to make me drive back and forth several times when I could have just payed myself and been reimbursed. His response “I didn’t want to inconvenience you.” The reality is he already has several times, and has no respect for customer’s property, time, schedules or situations. I ended up charging my card and sending the receipt. I hope I don’t have to wait forever for my reimbursement or chase them down for it.All in all, poor service, completely unprofessional and I don’t understand how Angel is a manager. I’d never come near this place again once this issue is resolved. I have also tried calling his manager but have yet to receive a call back… but this needs to reported, and he needs to be reported.

Kept postponing my appointment. Manager promised to call back to make a new appointment. Going on 4 weeks now, still nothing. Don’t waste your time.

Less than one year and the moldings are gone on my Audi Q7. Cheap materials will make you suffer in the end. I don’t know if they glued it and not used clips but less than one year is the life. Beware!

After a rock put a star Crack in our windshield right before we were about to move across the country I brought the car to safelite for repair. They weren't sure if the repair wouldn't make matters worse. However the technician Angel did an excellent job and went above and beyond. Thank you Angel and safelite!

My GEICO full coverage including glass meant no out of pocket expense. Derrick the installer arrived at the start of the service time period. Showed up at my job's driveway. I didn't lose any time from work. Professional and courteous young man. Done in about an hour. No fuss, no mess.This is the 2nd car that this same Safelite site replaced a windshield for me. I went to the shop the first time. Same professionalism.

Manager, Angel has horrible customer service skills. They repaired a full windshield on my 2021 Ford and put back on my wipers incorrectly. I called immediately after the repair was done and was told to bring in the car ANYTIME that I have a lifetime warranty. The wipers were wiping off of the glass and this caused the paint around my windshield to wipe off and there are also some scratches. NOW they are denying any wrong doing. Angel told me to file a claim with my insurance but I would be responsible for my deductible.

Scheduled the appointment for the in store Lexus OEM windshield replacement at a week ahead over the phone, they contacted my insurance company, confirmed the coverage and called me to let me know I got fully covered at 2 days before the appointment. the appointment was 8am and I arrived at 7:30 on that day, their people were already there, confirmed my info. with the front desk and left the key, been told the job should be done in 3 hours. actually after 2 hours they called me the car is ready. The job self was great, some ashes been left on the dashboard but not too much. people working there are nice and friendly, I will recommend this business to my friends.
