Today 2 of 3 ATM machined not working at this location. Quite a few tines where one or more ATM s are down. Workers at the bank don't even say anything about the inconvenience.

I came to open a bank account with you due to the good reputation I heard about you. But when I came with all the documents needed. There is a guy overthere who said that I’m not allowed to opens bank acount, he was very disrespctful and did not listen to what I wanted to say.I came the day after that. I met a humble agent who wanted to open an acount for me me. Then the same guy came and told him not t open it for me.That’s unprofessional and diresrespctful.I hope you contact me and apologise!

The employees are a little slow.I need a bank letter from td bank to send to the Immigration to prove how many money I got on my account and where I'm making this money, for the past one month, up to now they never give it to me. I'm thinking to see how I can move that money in a better bank.Bank of America would give me this letter in four days.

Horrible staff . Seem like they don’t have any interest in working . There were 2 bankers with no customers but told me to come back the next day to get a debit card . Both were on their cell phones. I arrived 1h 43min before closing . They told me no one can help me. Very bad attitude . Definitely not “Americas Most Convenient Bank”

This is the worst bank I’ve ever experienced in my life. No one greets you upon entrance, all the “workers” are sitting around chit-chatting, and the wait to receive assistance is astronomical. I was denied a notarization due to having a passport card. The lady had a poor attitude and stated “I’m about to leave” after we waited an entire hour. I called and spoke to the manager who had no empathy and made me out to be the problem. When I asked if I could skip the line with another form of ID, the manager stated that the notary is scheduled to leave and he can’t make her stay. He continued to state how he wasn’t familiar with the notary processes - which is distasteful for a manager. I hope somebody at corporate comes to this location and does some extensive training because this location is TRASH!!!

Been a customer at this location for over 10 years. Haven’t had serious issues, if I did the staff has handled it without any problem. I have opened over 6 accounts with this location. Different types of accounts to fit specific needs and I’m 100% satisfied and confident in TD Bank’s services. The manager is professional, friendly, and delight and he knows the frequent customers. The staff has always greeted me with a smile and has always been able to assist with any inquiry I had. The location has offered bank tours for our Girl Scout troops and offered financial literacy workshops offsite for us.

HORRIBLE SERVICE !! DONT GO unless you dont mind waiting few hr. I went to get loan information. A employee wants me to wait for another one. their best excuse is " we are busy and shortage with employee". Bunch of "UNKNOWLEDGEABLE" employee .

Bad service every single time. This branch need re-education. starting with the manager himself, made an error and on top of, he was unapologetic. Why ask people out loud why they are here and have you sign in on a kiosk…. I’m a person that banks else where as well, so I can tell you that this is no quality service.
