I’m very dissatisfied with my recent experience at this branch. I called earlier in the day to ask about doing a wire transfer on my phone. The representative I spoke with (Gina) told me to “try it online,” but never mentioned that if it didn’t work I would need to come into the branch before 2 p.m. for wires. As a result, I showed up at 4 p.m. only to be told they couldn’t process my request.
One employee, Tabina, was professional and genuinely tried to help, which I appreciated. But when I later spoke with Gina in person, instead of acknowledging that she could have provided more complete guidance, she chose to argue with me. She even made a snide remark suggesting it was my fault for not calling back, and waved her hand as if to say making another phone call was “not that hard.” That attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely out of place in a customer-facing role.
At a bank, customer service should mean providing complete, upfront support and making clients feel valued, not leaving them stranded without critical details and then deflecting responsibility. This experience showed a lack of accountability and basic courtesy, and it left me questioning whether this branch understands what real customer service looks like.

ridiculous that I couldn’t use the atm for any transactions as door was deadbolted/locked from inside.

Can’t believe a bank would turn away a new Customer in this economy! Walked across the street and opened a new account at Citi Bank which took less than 30 Mins.

Just rude at the window. I walked into a nearly empty bank, 3 window clerks, 1 seeing a customer. I stepped up to Mohammed’s window, he made eye contact with me, then went back to what he was doing with out a word. I don’t expect anybody to jump to help me immediately if they’re in the middle of something, but not acknowledging a customer seems pretty rude.

Worst branch to ever deal with. I want to open an account and the lady who attended to me was asking my I came to the branch and not anywhere else. I told her I live in Queens and and not too far from this branch, she took all the information she needed and came back to say oh sorry. I’m not convinced you need to open an account with us. And I forgot to mention, it took her forever to come back. I went to another branch and the account was opened in less than 30 minutes. This branch should be closed!!!!

One of the worst banks to do business with. The customer service is slow. It seems as if they are doing a favor when they deposit or withdraw money from your account. You cannot request for withdrawal in coin denomination even with your money! One representative on the phone will tell you that it is peculiar that they won't do it, however when you get a call from the Regional Manager tells you something different! Be forewarned STAY AWAY!

Luckily I never had an account at this moronic bank. Unfortunately my deceased mother had an account at this sad excuse for a bank. Shortly after she passed away my brother notified the branch manager, Greg Saint Jean and provided a death certificate. As the months have gone by we have gotten major run around with lost paperwork from this bank to close her account. The manger has stated that he has sent the forms to close her account several times, uh no. The final time this moron sent it, he used the wrong name! Luckily my mail carrier was smart enough to recognize the same last name. These imbeciles also lost the copy of her death certificate my brother provided! Of course this manager refused to accept any of the blame. Thank you for making me appreciate my bank, Chase all the more.
