In store & over the phone- everyone is super nice and helpful… when your prescription is ready they will call to let you know & they deliver!!! They have been super helpful as I have a baby and sometimes it’s hard to get my medication.

Pharmex Pharmacy is one of the best pharmacies in Queens! The customer service is incredible; an amazing pharmacy! The store is always so clean. I absolutely love it there, and guess what? They do free deliveries!

Tried to get Medicine for a sick family member last week, the lady behind the pharmacy had a horrendous attitude. Did your mother teach you to behave that way? Much less to PAYING customers. Went to a different pharmacy, this one is truly dreadful; even if I needed life saving medicine, I would never step back foot in there. Perhaps the owner should do better to teach his employees not to be Demons to customers. SMH

Great managementI love this pharmacy, finally a place that actually gets your stuff done on time and with a baby I can’t leave the house much who can ask for more when they deliver the medication to you!
