I don't know if its just this location or Citibank overall, but they won't do more than $10,000 in savings bonds a day. Sorry to have to make you workREPLY: The credit union I belong to cashed out way more than your alleged US Treasury rule one day. So either there breaking the law or your full of it.

If I could give that branch less then 1star I would. NEVER PICKS UP THE PHONE THERE.. You can't get any info about opening accts...Please don't bank there unless you have 2 hours to stand on Line

Very rude Philippine man as a teller. I wanted to pay off a credit card with cash and he would not allow it. Spoke to me in a condescending tone. Awful branch. Should be closed.
