The customer service at this establishment needs improvement. Customers should be treated with repsect and courtesy. The employee Katrina is rude and disrespectful. She is abupt when asked questions and quick to get you off the phone. She does not have any good customer service skills. She needs training in dealing with clients or another profession. The massage was great and the masseuse was friendly, caring and polite.

I prepaid for a 6 month membership in January. I was able to redeem 1 massage in February. Then the global pandemic hit and they were closed until August. I could not redeem any massages during that time, yet my membership was not frozen. I tried to make an appointment in August but their hours are so limited they cannot accomodate me (I work full time). Go to Bayside I am told. Right. How am I supposed to get there without a car? In September I get charged for a monthly membership because I never canceled it. But wait...I was never able to use 5 months of my prepaid membership because Massage Envy was closed. Why would I pay for more massages when I could not even use the ones I prepaid for already? If, like a decent, fair business, you froze my account (because your locations were CLOSED) I would have until December to use the remaining credits I prepaid for. The service rep I spoke with kept telling me my account was frozen when they were closed; my prepaid account was not frozen. Only people who pay monthly had their accounts frozen. Not the people who prepaid. Now I am canceling my membership. Once I do that, I will have 90 days to redeem 6 massages. At a business with such limited hours that the gainfully employed can never redeem their prepaid massage credits. I kept hearing about 'it was in your contract' which it probably was. Guess there is no I just wrongfully assumed Massage Envy would have done the honorable thing and froze my membership during the period it was closed. The membership clock kept ticking for prepaid memberships. Only the monthly paying customers were afforded that luxury. It's not like I am trying to get something for free. All I wanted was to get what I had already paid for. Instead I am charged again for a service I already paid for and was unable used. A real class act Massage Envy Forest Hills.

This is a franchise location and privately owned and operated. I have been going for about 2 years now and they never fail to impress me. Whoever is doing the hiring is great because their entire staff is always very friendly and courteous. They re-opened today after being closed due to the pandemic and their level of cleanliness and effort to ensure both customers and staff are safe was beyond what I could have expected. I highly recommend this location and especially the masseur Brian. He is my favorite.

I loved my first experience here. Upon walking in, the receptionist was very nice and sat with me to do my consent forms and made sure I filled everything properly and offered me some water. I waited until my appointment and Alicia came out to greet me and took me to the room for my massage. We talked a little about my problem areas and I got undressed and she went to work! She was amazing. She really helped me with my sciatica pains and that was only the first treatment. I'm hooked and I'll be back next month!

It was a pretty good massage. My masseuse was Malik & he did a great job & was very professional. I had a 60 minute full body massage however he didn't massage my arms, so I thought that was odd but overall great massage. They tried to sell me on their membership afterwards for $70 a month & a return visit in 3 weeks but I don't get massages that often so I declined both.

I've been going here for a few months now and I always leave feeling refreshed. Marina, one of the massage therapists, is simply amazing at her job. I have herniated discs in my neck from a car accident and pt alone doesn't help. I highly recommend coming here to unwind. I always leave feeling like a new person. Prices are fair and the service is amazing from the front desk staff to the massage therapists.

After the massage envy spa in downtown Brooklyn closed down I found this location which is closer to home. Friendly staff. I now have a massage therapist that I go to. He targets on what is hurting me. I sometimes don't say and he would ask me if this hurting you. He also noticed that I am building muscles and ask what was I doing. I said I retired and go 4 times a week to water excerises. I really look forward to my massages and facials.
