I had a wonderful experience in the store. The workers there explain everything very clearly. This is the only T-Mobile store around the area that help me switch my Sprint service to T-Mobile. I am extremely grateful for their help.

Not helpful whatsoever, short and snappy responses from employees telling me to go online, when I just wanted to hear info and what plan is right for me.

I have been going to this particular store for years due to their manager, actually i would follow her from store to store if i had to (again) Her customer service is like no other, I have never had an issue, she couldn't help me with. And the rest of her staff has always been welcoming and helpful. Keep up the great work...
