The Bottle Shop is a neighborhood wine and spirits shop in Rhinebeck, New York, owned by Emma and JP Sabia, who were born and raised in the Hudson Valley. Emma has worked in the wine industry for more than a decade and is a Certified Sommelier (Court of Master Sommeliers), Certified Wine Professional (Culinary Institute of America) and holds a Level 4 Diploma in Wines from Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET). JP’s background in spirits collecting has influenced the shop’s exciting liquor offerings, with a focus on bourbon and tequila. The two share a passion for drinks and sharing stories of the people who make them. In 2023, the shop was named Chronogram Magazine's Best Wine and Liquor Retailer in the Hudson Valley.
