Hollee Recore is the most amazing agent ever! If I have any questions or need to look into my policy, she is instantly available and full of information! If she doesn’t have an immediate answer to my inquiry, she will get back to me within a few hours which shows she’s puts her customers needs first!

Jackie, Hollee, and whole team at State Farm are fabulous. Our family uses them for auto and life insurance. No matter what questions we have or what items we need assistance with, the team is there for us. We are grateful and lucky to have such wonderful supportive agents!

Excellent service always. No seriously these people need a standing ovation and suggested I work for the company as they knew my personality . they took my 110.00 a month bill and reduced it to 55-65 a month by taking key items into account because they care about people not about maxing out their premiums. Very professional and well trained. I was in the brokerage business for 20 years so I know quality employees . give them a call to double check what you pay you might be surprised.

I am usually not one to write a review good or bad but from the minute I walked in to this location, the woman I have dealt with is very rude, not helpful, and condescending. Geez lady, sorry that I'm asking you to do your job and help me out! Thank god I have never actually had to file a claim because lord only knows how 'helpful' she would be. The only reason I am staying with them is because my fiancé is with them and speaks very highly of them AND BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS EMPLOYEE ON A DAILY BASIS!! If I did I would have been gone long ago! Like I said, thank god I have never had to file a claim because I'm sure that process would be a 'dream' with this one....

I choose this place because I had State Farm in California and this one was the closest one when I moved to Rochester, NY. I did get good service from the staff offering drinks (coffee, water, etc) while I was waiting for the agent to work with me. He is very upfront and did suggest other services (why would he not) which I do decline. He isn't pushy and very respectful. I would recommend this place to anyone who is comfortable with State Farm Insurance.
