Great experience at Verizon,came in with a problem about my phone and Mike Liberti helped me with the whole situation. He was great help even though my warranty was up, advised me to go online and and even spoke to the rep over the phone to make sure everything started off accurately for my replacement. And now I'm back with replacement phone and he helped me activate and get all of my old items... Great service.. Mike Liberti is the guy to see.

I bought a phone yesterday from the University. I was having issues with my phone, so I stopped back into the store to get help. I had the great opportunity to work with Mike Liberti. He took his time to help me with my situation and also showed me how to take care of it myself in the future. It was a wonderful experience. I will be back in the future for all my Verizon needs

This experience was wonderful. I was able to get help today from CJ and he did a good job getting the signal back on my phone and was good at explaining how my international travel pass works. I'm thankful for all the help.

Stopped into the store and had the great pleasure of working with Mike Liberti. He was very charming, honest, and helpful. He was able to get me into a new phone and keep my bill the same. He took his time in transferring all my information from my old to my new phone. He even took time to help me sign up for auto pay. I will be back for all my future Verizon needs to work with Mike. I came to Verizon today to get a new phone because mine was badly damaged. Mike Liberti help me right away! He was attentive and easy going. The whole experience was enjoyable and quick. He answered all my questions in a polite and friendly manner. I could tell he loves what he does and is knowledgeable on all all things Verizon, and books! I will definitely be back to see him in the future!!

I stopped in at the University Ave. Verizon to upgrade my phone. I met with Mike Liberti and he was very helpful. He made it a calm, comfortable, and informative experience. In addition to answering all of my questions, he compared models and plans for me to find the best fit. Overall, it was a great experience.

Walked in today around 9am to sign up my best friend for a new phone. When the store opened up, Mike greeted us when we arrived and his coworker assisted us as well with any questions we had. Mike ran us through the entire process smoothly, efficiently and thoughtfully. I truly appreciate the professionalism and concern that he took for us, taking into consideration all our needs. By the end of the visit we came out with everything we could ask for, were looking for, and even left in higher spirits because of how pleasant we were treated the entire time.

Had to go to the Verizon store to get a new phone because my phone would not charge. I had the great pleasure of working with Jose Valdez and Mike Liberti. They took their time with me and made suggested the best option for me. They were able to switch everything over for me. It was such an easy and simple process, that I'm waiting for the other shoes to drop. Does not seem like that will happen. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Stopped into the store because the last time I was here. The representative I spoke with told me, my wife and I were eligible to upgrade our phone. When I walked in the representative was work, his name was Mike Liberti. He was able to give my wife and I a phenomenal deal on 2 new phones and also get Apple one for both of us. It was a great experience. Mike will be my representative for the foreseeable future.
