The absolute worst. I bought a swivel chair that you have to sit all the way back in and press your heals in the ground so you don't pitch forward. After someone coming to the house and snapping a photo to send to corporate office they will not own up to the fact that there swivel chairs are made poorly. $800 and 5 months later and their answer is to sit on the chair correctly. Never have I heard of such a thing! Hey, la z boy... stop being lazy and train your sales reps to tell customers the correct information. I would give zero stars if I could extremely disappointed in their customer service and lack of support!

Ordered a rocking recliner spent alot of money on it. They delivered the wrong one and wont exchange it. They ignore my calls. The salesmaen was incompetent. Just trying to make a sale and totally ordered the wrong recline. Overpriced cheaply made furniture. Find another store 2nd bad experience with this company shame on me.

this Franchise sold me a fake leather recliner and covered it up, it's all documented in Better Business Bureau's Determination ID # 15053629 how they tried sweeping it under the rug. The store makes you sign a blanket “no-returns policy” even if your furniture is not what promised or damaged. Sales rep Lorraine admitted day after purchase that she gave me a "cost-saving recliner".

Very bad service !So you’re wondering why I left this review, I walked into your store with my girlfriend for 20 minutes your sales associates that were doing nothing stared at me as if I was going to change colors. I Looked around as if to beg someone in your store would help. Then I approached one of your sales associates he looked me up and down ignored me and walked upstairs, at that time I left the store called your store and told you of what transpired you told me to come back and you would take care of me at that time I lost interest. The first encounter is a lasting one I would never ever come to your store again knowing how you treat customers. I had to go all the way out to Jersey to get serviced correctly. If you have any further questions I’m here to answer them. I have 20 years in the music industry and all I wanted was a couch and you guys couldn’t even do that because you judge people before they even speak.

My husband and I had an amazing experience purchasing our first sectional couch at La-Z-Boy because of Betsy. She was patient with all the questions/concerns we had and her experience as an interior designer astutely helped with the decision making. She took us all over the store over the course of two days to help us configure the couch exactly the way we wanted. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and it’s all thanks to Betsy!!

Wade, who assisted us was awesome and informative. We were looking however we will only buy from him when we are ready. They have a vast and great collection and abided by safety of masks.

The stores were closed due to the virus so i reached out via email to see if one of the local stores could accept an order over phone. A sales manager replied and told me that someone at this location was taking phone calls. I called, and as i began to speak, i was rudely and abruptly spoken to by someone who should clearly not be dealing with the public in any way. In times like this, you would think people would not only be kind, but, they'd want your business, considering the economic downturn to be expected over this trying time. I will take my $4000 order to another location and wait until they open. I am actually disappointed, bc i decided on my couch and wanted to get the factory working on the order, now , nobody wins. The woman who answered the phone was the same one who recorded the voicemail message from the store. I would avoid this store and check out Carle Place instead
