The centerpiece of the restaurant is the open kitchen anchored by the woodburning grill & oven, from which the majority of the menu is executed. The kitchen is under the direction of Philippe Corbet, a French-trained chef with several years of experience in Michelin-star rated restaurants as well as top tables throughout Long Island.
