I’ve found some awesome items here that I’ve never seen at other homegoods. Besides the rude cashier I had, you’ll find lots of nice items. I don’t know what’s the cashiers problem with the wrapping paper but whatever I’m not going to argue over some wrapping paper. She obviously didn’t wanted to wrap none the items. And the one she did wrap, didn’t wrapped it up probably. I also had to asked to wrap it up. I work retail, so I automatically just wrap it up w/o the customers asking. I didn’t get her name and there’s a reason why the receipts don’t say their names.

Great selections.prices good. Too much merchandise and makes area cluttered. Employees wonderful!

If I couldn’t would give the manager of this store a double 0 I was looking to purchase a wagon that was placed in front of the clearance rack not in a box nor with any price tickets on it so I waited until I went to the front and spoke with a female manager and I said is there any way you can give a discount on the item as it was with no box so I don’t actually know if it was missing any pieces she just kept talking over me and cutting me off saying it’s 129.99 we got a bunch in not willing to work with me at all I was not looking for the item for free but then to continue to say she got a bunch of carts in and they weren’t on clearance items so I was not shown any proof of price and she was very unethical and horrible customer service she also was already annoyed that she had to come to the register. Hope she treats the workers better than the customers !

I was recently looking for a very specific item and after trying several other Home Goods stores, I decided to call the Scarsdale store to see if they had the item in stock before driving over. I was placed on a brief hold and then my call was picked up by Valerie. She could not have been more helpful. She was very polite and placed me on hold while she went to check for the item. Very pleasant and provided a great customer experience.

Great location great to come early before the crowds. This is a store you take your time you don’t rush you find great deals when you go around for the second time. Love that there ahead with their fall decor. Fabulous selections and no long lines…

Not too happy! I went to get the coffee syrup I usually buy and the aisle was full of Halloween decorations! It's July! I don't want to see pumpkins and ghost decorations. This is ridiculous.
