I'm sad to say, stay away from this store. The employees are so odd.. they follow you around the store and hound you to try things on. One of their employees screamed at me because I wouldn't come out of the changing room to show her how the jeans fit me. They didn't fit me- there was nothing to show. She yelled at me repeatedly "SHOW ME NOW. COME OUT NOW." My friend and I felt so uncomfortable. The second time I visited the store, the salesperson tried to sell me skincare that she sells on the side - it was totally inappropriate. Don't bother to shop here. The owner doesn't care that she hires grumpy and aggressive sales people. Also their return policy is horrible. Shop somewhere else in town!

I have been shopping at Pookie for years now!! I love, love, love their clothes!! The ladies and gentlemen who work there are fabulous!! Rosanna helped me the other day she makes the shopping experience amazing. It's like having a personal shopper at your fingertips. I always find something I love and will keep going back for years to come! Thank you Pookie!!

Horrible experience, went in and tried on some dresses and one of the ladies barged in whilst I was changing and asked me how the dress was, I told her that I was too large and she rudely told me that I needed to zip up the back even though I already did. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I was there with a couple of friends and then she opened the changing room curtains while my friend was completely exposed in front of the other customers. My friend stormed out in tears and the lady continued to yell at us saying how we should not come into the store just to “play around”. This is completely unacceptable, I am horrified by the customer service.

What awful customer service! It says on the website they love their customers. Really? Bought a shirt that I loved and when I put it on the shirt was ripped. Merchandise manager refused to exchange the shirt since it was past the 14 day return policy. Clothing is made cheaply and clearly they don't care about their customers.

The Clothes is nice .... but the customer service was awful ... the two girls that were in the store didn't even say Hi , one of them went to hide to the back... ... I lost the desire to even buy a few things I liked.

I wish I would have read these reviews before shopping in this store. The negative reviews are right on target. Terrible service and poor quality clothing. They don't stand behind the products. One thing is for sure....They won't see me again and I'm spreading the word.

I would give this store zero stars if I could! I returned a top and received a store credit. When I went back to use the credit, they didn't let me. The salesperson very rudely told me that the credit was "simply too old" though the credit, receipt, and website did not indicate that it expired after a year. Also, a salesperson let a customer into a dressing room when someone else was already clearly in it! The customer service was unacceptable, and I will most definitely NOT be coming to this store again.

I would rate the store zero stars if I could. The store offers horrible customer service. I bought a sweater for my wife for Christmas, the sweater was too small. I tried to return the sweater on Jan. 24; the store would not refund me or offer a store credit.

I really like this store! They have a wide (price) range of clothing, purses and jewelry. It has become my 'go to' for gifts for friends.

at first nice - but then when a double charge showed up on my debit card the helpfulness stopped. The girls in the store have no idea what to do - I am still being told that it is being taken care of . I can't get the name of the person who they are talking to about it so that I can speak to them myself to get my credit card reimbursed. It is like it is a BIG secret.
