10 K waisted Bryan was to power wash, sand, prime and paint, never washed or sanded, primed over rotted wood. My house is peeling and needs to be painted again only after five years. Bryan doesn't respond to me . Good Luck if you contracted with him !Ask Bryan for photos of work done five years ago, My house looked great when he left !!!Service: Exterior painting

Bryan was excellent and beyond accommodating. He stayed within our budget, did an excellent job, let himself in and our on his own and was done within a week of starting (whole house, est. 3,000 sqft). Bryan has painted the inside of rental property 4x since my wife and I purchased it back in 2004. His prices are reasonable and he does a great job! We are not from this area so it is nice to have someone you can trust. He has done other work for us to! He added a small porch and fence. Highly recommend!

Brian and his crew did an awesome job painting two of my three buildings, I have scheduled him to give the third some of his TLC to make it look as awesome as the other two !! Great prices too, very fair, finished the job on time and didn't leave a message !!
