The company in general is trash. Their policy is garbage. Anyone that ever bought a bra knows that it looks fine at the store but sometimes you bring it home and try it and it doesn’t look right in clothing. If you take the tag off you cant return or exchange it. So they expect you to put on your clothing with the tag on when you get home. That’s their policy. I left the bra at the store and walked out. Will never shop with this company again.

This was my first time in an Adore Me store and I had such a great experience. The sales representative was so kind and extremely helpful, she made me feel comfortable and confident, I wish I knew her name! I would highly recommend this location.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Not online not their store. They will take your money and will continue charging your card over and over and over again. When you return an item online they will lie that it is damaged months later. This is a dishonest company. Do yourself a favor do not buy from them.

I went to adore me to get fitted for a bra about a month ago and left feeling very insecure… I’m a bigger girl so shopping for a bra has been extremely hard, the lady I worked with kept recommending me a DD to which was huge and I felt like I was swimming in (cup wise) When I was leaning more towards a D she continued to say how she didn’t think it complemented my back (which the cup has NOTHING to do with) so I purchased but returned immediately and just went to Victoria secret which I was a smaller size and am much more comfortable in my own skin after. 3/10 wouldn’t recommend

Ordered my wife some items for Valentines Day. “Guaranteed arrival “ before valentines. I’m a small business owner so I understand the Covid situation and delays in everything. A week past valentines and I received a tracking number. I purchased the items as a guest but I’m being asked to log in to see the tracking progress which I can’t. The store states up to three days once shipped, past that date and I have no idea where the package is because I can’t log in. Just poor service

I subscribed to their online elite membership monthly box and I was a customer on that program for about seven or eight months and that span of time they overcharged me three different times for items that I returned and they said I never returned. Be warned that there is someone who takes the items out of the boxes either between the time you mail it in the warehouse or at their warehouse but watch your account closely because they will charge you 2 to 3 months after you return the box.

Great customer service and I wanted to love my bras but I didn’t when I got home. Each and everyone was tight although I had them fitted. I informed the sales person in the fitting room that the band was too tight and she informed me that it was my band size. Today at work I felt like I wearing a corset on my breast. I will be returning the other five. Being that I was sized for a 34 H, I’m assuming that they didn’t have a sister size, which is the reason my concern of the band being two tight was dismissed. Nice bras but definitely the wrong size band.

The refund and exchange program is a complete scam. You'll mail back your returns using their labels, and then they conveniently "never received it" and also don't allow you to log back in and view/track the return shipping number...so, you get double charged for some pretty subpar bras.

Seems like no company wants to talk to customers these days so I can't leave any private complaints on their website. That's fine, I'll make it public here instead. I was disappointed in their product for the following reasons. First, the price is too expensive for such beautifully designed lingerie to be made out of such cheap fabric. I mean, we are talking underwear made out of see-through mesh. Whatever happened to cotton? It's so comfortable. And what if I don't want my underwear to be see-through (which I don't, by the way)? I would rather have the underwear do it's job and cover up what it's suppose to cover up.I love the designs of their lingerie, but either the material it's made of is so cheap and flimsy it gets holes or torn easily, or they never have my size. That's the other problem, they are constantly out of multiple sizes and sometimes they don't ever seem to have those sizes back in stock. I mean, we are going on months without seeing them have certain sizes back in stock. Why hasn't the company solved this issue by increasing supply in order to meet demand?This company has potential to be somewhere else I go besides Victoria's Secret, but they need to fix their issues first.
