The staff here is super helpful and really nice! The store is clean & organized as well. If you can, I’d recommend coming during a time children are normally in school!

The lady at this Build-A-Bear was very nice, and I was able to get my bear with no problem! The quality of my bear was very well done, and the cost was not as much as I thought!

I LIKE THIS STORE. NICE PRICES. PEOPLE IN EVERY DEPT. MANAGER HELPS CUSTOMER. DISCOUNT ON BABY FURNITURE . I USUALY GO MON THROUGH WEDS. SATURDAY AND SUNDAY TOO BUSY.
