Before you buy something from bola market Burger King I’ll say things to ice their food not good at all and worst food I ever had. My experience is really bad. I was so hungry and I spent nine dollar free food. I ended up throwing to the trash.

Brief visit, but the place seemed very clean, the staff was blah and the gas prices seemed normal. It’s the store area for the Mobil gas station. Similar gas prices to the BP Staten across the street. The store has typical overpriced gas station items, but that’s to best expected. Burger King inside seemed very clean, but didn’t have any customers

I strongly advise against visiting this location. The claim of a temporarily out-of-order bathroom is contradicted by a laminated sign at the counter. It's baffling to expect customers to urinate outside due to their negligence. The evident lack of respect for the community is disheartening, especially for local residents. The establishment seems more concerned about themselves than their patrons. It's disappointing that such businesses exist, prioritizing their interests over customer satisfaction. The owners urgently need an attitude shift towards paying customers. This incident resulted in the loss of a fuel purchase and potential additional sales. This review serves as a cautionary tale for potential visitors, highlighting the establishment's poor customer service, disregard for community well-being, and self-centered approach. Hopefully, this critique prompts the owners to reconsider their practices and prioritize customer experience.

Was at bola market, homeless man outside wanted something to drink I was going to buy it for him and the employees locked the door so I couldn’t buy him anything i’m sure their orders came from the owner. I ask that no one get gas at this station or frequent it. Very sad individuals running the gas station/market/Burger King. Burger King needs to take its takeout restaurant out . Makes them look bad as well, the same people that run the gas station in Work at the Burger King!!!

BOLLA CAR WASH SCAM ALERT!A couple of years ago I stopped by to get a car wash here and the machine barely worked and my car was slightly dirtier than when I came in because the brushes and the tepid water pressure just made a mess of the dirt on my car. I asked for a refund and they said that was impossible. Tonight I went in and opted for $2 off car wash when I filled up at the pump. When I drove to the back of the gas station I noticed cones were blocking the entrance. I went in to get a refund and the manager and employee said this was impossible. Manager said come back tomorrow and then the employee mentioned the machine is broken. I am going on a business trip for two weeks and tried to get a refund as they claim the car wash voucher is valid for 11 days. Not surprised at the nasty reviews about this Bollo store. Contacting BBB and Mobil next.
