Paul and Aborn were great. Took me step by step through the process and brought me to my swept out unit. Answered all questions I had, and were very accommodating to my needs. Would recommend them to anyone in the market for storage.

At first I was extremely happy with my unit it’s clean and very accessible however, within little over a year my rate just about doubled and I have had two increases. I called the first time to voice my displeasure over an increase after just 6 months and they offered me a smaller unit on a higher floor. The best they were able to do was postpone the increase one month. The only reason I choose the unit I currently have is the sales person offered me a great price on the first floor but had I known it was a bait and switch I would have never went forward… I feel like they do this to you knowing it’s a huge inconvenience to relocate and the majority of the people will stay. I was shocked to learn that the price was not locked in for at least a year and being a business owner myself I would never operate this way!

This is an absolutely appalling company that is in a dilapidated state of corporate shambles My belongings were stolen from my Unit in Woodbridge New Jersey by the CEO Christopher Marr and transferred to Pennsylvania for no other reason than a corporate cover-up for a botched acquisition to Storage West I am 67 years of age and physically disabled poverty stricken and at present deprived of all my treasured memories of a once happy past Let everyone take note of my warning that all belongings stored in this facility are at risk of theft and that there is no Cube Smart company The District Manager in my case has consistently lied to the Woodbridge New Jersey Police on more tha one occasion and I am sure that he is not alone in his stupidity and carelessness I remain heartsick over this dreadful predicament and warn others to move over to another self storage facility as Mr. Marr is an unstable and bankrupt individual
