SOLD ME USED SHOES!!!!!!!!!! My mistake for not looking at the shoes before buying them, I will never swap used for new shoes and returned them I am not broke. I am really disappointed on the staff of this foot locker and will never return there again . I never left the mall, they can even check the camaras, I went back to returned them and as expected the bald guy that works there accused me of swapping the new for old shoes, I didn't argue with him because i was expecting that reaction , but it was a horrible experience. I am not speaking bad at footlocker, but i am mad at the people who sold this to me :( people buying here please check the before they take them to the front register.

I’ve been winning most of their raffles and the workers deny giving me shoes now cause they say my school id doesn’t look like me even though I don’t have a regular ID cause I’m too young for it.

Came in with a 7yr. Old for basketball sneakers for camp. He picked the ones he liked,kids store did not have his size was directed upstairs. Wsd brought the pair in his size by Jeremiah I turned to ask a question...he was gone!.Peter passed I asked for help he stopped what he was doing answered all my questions,, I am not well informed about this item. He made recommendations and brought 3 pairs to try on.THANK YOU PETER. This is what customer service should be.also thank you Sara great cashierThe rest of the staff acted like they could not have cared less.

Foot Locker has changed so much since I worked in the mall '99 - '07 but in a good way. Definitely a great store to buy your sneakers and Activewear.
