I was there to switch my SIM card company and keep the same number. They told me it’s possible and they charge me $73 the guy who usually be there said it gonna take 2days have the same number with metro by tmoblile. After 2 days It did’nt work I wasted my money and they don’t wanna refund me. I wont say don’t go there but compare the price with another one. I don’t discriminate but the Jew guy is lame

This store has nothing but scammers/thieves. For the past 6 yrs I’ve been going to this store and every time I run into another thief.1. My nephew came here to buy a speaker the guy charged him $100 plus he didn’t gave him a receipt. When my nephew friend ask him how much he paid, his friend show him the speaker in the metro store by him for $70 my nephew try to return it but he needed the receipt. He went back to this store the next day 24 hrs later and the guy he bought it from told him no refund when the other metro store offers refund.2. Called about a phone and got the price for it went there it was a different person there trying to sell a old lady the same phone for $150 more. So I ask him why is he trying to rob the lady he started to tell her he’ll give her two free accessories so he’s helping her out. She looked so stressed she kept saying that’s a lot I don’t really have it. I told her he’s trying to rob her and the guy ask me to leave the store.3. Switch phone companies went there got 3 phones and the guy told me I have to charge 1 of the phone numbers for the deal that. When you change a number it look like you purchased a new phone instead of switching, that’s the scam. I payed $350 on phones that’s supposed to be FREE when you switch. The guy offered me accessories like he was helping me and had his buddies from next door come over hyping me up saying you’re getting a good deal. Too distracted I didn’t even realize he he didn’t ring it up or gave me a receipt. All that money went in his and his buddies pocket.4. Guy came in saying his phone is off he needs to pay the bill the employee said we can’t reactivate it, you have to get a new phone that number is gone. The guy was like but i don’t want a new phone or a new # So I told him he don’t have to change his phone or his # he just need to go to the main office on forest and they will restore it for him cause they did it for me. He guy left so happy to go to the main office. The guy working there ask me to leave and I never went back since. (This is just a few incidents).
