Northfield Pleasant plains branch is by far the best bank. When you join this bank you are family, and they will do anything to help you. We recently bought a home , and when applying for a mortgage you need a lot of documentation from the bank; they made this stressful process as stressless as possible. We extend our upmost gratitude for this branch and for all of the employees that work here. Thank you for caring about your customers, and creating a pleasant experience.

I have banked here for years and the only reason it is getting five stars, is because there's no option for 10 stars. With multiple personal and business accounts, they take care of every single detail of everything I need, and have it done in a timely manner. I've been to other banks, and none compare.

The employees at this location really pay particular attention to their customers. So much so, the manager recognized me at the ATM from afar and knew my full name. Without referring to any documents she addressed my account. I was thoroughly impressed. Attention to detail is very important when talking about your money.

I've never dealt with such an inconvenient bank. The difficulties they have given us when we tried to collect money from a custodial account that belongs to us and who have been banking with them for ages is unacceptable. When we finally get access to the account, I will take the money out and I promise I will never bank with these people ever again.
