they lost my priority mail package and took zero accountablilty had the nerve the ladys name was CATHY an owner apparently said she has footage on camera when asked if tou can see if it was my envelope sue said you cant see but it was ,then had nerve to say well what kind of documents were they not at all accountable that my personal information is lost somewherenever do business with these people ! scam artists

Do not use to mail anything of importance sent important documents priority mail and paid extra for tracking , letter was never sent to post office and they will not take liability for the error ,no one has any idea where letter is tracking shows label created that's it ! Post office says they never got the priority envelope ,store insists they did but no proof or scan The store has gone down hill since new people are in there will never use again and make sure I tell everyone what a scam this place has become trash

Favorite postal center on staten island! Everyone is always so helpful and attentive. The gentleman who runs it is dedicated to maintaining a pleasant and courteous work environment. I refuse to use any other postal service besides them ❤️❤️

Brought 2 packages in for shipping which were already correctly labelled. Instead of placing their Postal Connection label on the correct package, they switched the labels which I learned when recipients were confused, to say the least, by what they got. I called Postal Connections, multiple times. They did not remedy this or even apologize for a mixup which sent 2 packages 1000's of miles in the wrong direction. The first time I called, I was told I would get a call back the next day. No call came. I called a second day and was refused access to a manager. I was told she was the "owner." She said, "Is that good enough?" It wasn't 'good enough' since they did not remedy the problem. I gave up, not eager to hear more rudeness and sarcasm on top of mishandling shipments. This is the 2nd time Postal Connections was unreliable. A year ago, they erroneously told me my package would arrive well before the recipient was due to ship out. Not so. The package arrived over a week after he left.
