Dr. Ruderman has retired, and the hospital is just not the same. The office staff are always accommodating and friendly. The prices seem to be inflated. Currently there is only one doctor working at this facility. Service and hospital were always good with plenty of parking available.

They do not care about pets and only care about money. They throw numerous unnecessary medications at your dog without a proper diagnosis. Took my pet elsewhere and got a proper diagnosis at 1/4 the price with better care and compassion. Avoid this place at all costs. They are inexperienced and uncaring.

After I was turned away by Staten Island Veterinary Group for JUST a chip scan for a stray cat, the amazing people at SI Animal Hospital gave him a chip scan AND a full checkup, shots, and tests. Absolute heroes these people are. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
