The pharmacy is terrible.. picking up your medicine take 30 minutes to 1 the pharmacy employees knew there's a long line and they're not helping each other so the customer can pick up their medicine faster. It seems like they doing this in purpose..

Paul the manager at the new dorp location is a HORROR he has multiple times left one or more prescriptions out of my claim to insurance and charged me cash for it …… he is a Liar , Rude , and Unprofessional and a Thief …. In my opinion Paul should not work in any medical field as a care giver working with patients as he is not qualified to be a professional and honest human being . Paul has charged me numerous times for medication‘s he now refuses to resubmit to my insurance company , I have asked my insurance company to contact him in which they have to inform him he could resubmit the claims but he still to this day refuses to

Got there 10 minutes to closing to pick up an urgent COVID test. Would have been in and out in 3 minutes. Guy started me down on the other side of the door, locks it and walls away. Thanks. Real human of you.

Pick up is easy and convenient. The people who bring the food to the car within minutes of my arrival are courteous and friendly but are not permitted to take tips. I want to show my appreciation to all of them. Thank you !!

Prices are higher than other stores. The store is poorly stocked, they are very frequently out of stock of many items. Majority of the staff is not helpful or friendly. The deli department is the worst. There is always a long line with 1 maybe 2 people working are very slow. Forget placing an order via the app, they seem to just outright ignore those orders and never fill them. I've spoken with customer service and the deli department manager regarding this and they just don't care. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because Stop and Shop is the only store I can find many things I need because of food allergies.

Managers are rude and will walk in front of customers and block aisles. Stop and Shop hired all the reject Pathmark and Shoprite management and it shows. There isn’t one manager in the entire store that ISN’T a complete dick. Luckily the employees don’t follow the example of these miserable relics that run the store. Shelves are often blown for months on end, and this was before the pandemic. Leave the Pathmark and Shoprite trash in the gutter where they belong.

I did my first order with Stop & Shop today. It was wonderful. They let me know on computer what they didn't have. They emailed my Google account to let me know they are close by and I was next for my delivery. They are very professional. I will continue to order with you and thankyou so much. New prescriptions transferred over due to Shoprite pharmacy closing down which had great polite service. Called to ask if my scripts were ready. I get noooooo i need your insurance card. Which i get, next is "they aren't ready just bring in your card" So why did you make me get my insurance card? This service I'm not impressed with and I didn't set one foot in store. Plus you hung up on me before I could finish my sentence.
