I moved off of Staten Island, and only because of that closed my account here. After two years, I upped my review from four to five stars because the place is well run, clean, and the rates are reasonable. The indoor loading area was great. Luigi and Julian were very helpful in getting my account closed out. If you're in this area, I recommend this place highly.

Great pricing for top floor units ,if you don't mind a little higher unit you get a nice deal and has a price lock guarantee for the first 12 m also perk of refer a friend and get 50 off your unit, no limit of referrals .

Julia & Luigi are very kind, funny, helpful, and knowledgeable service representatives. They made sure that my Auntie Hannah got the exact sized unit that she needed. They had no issues with showing us multiple units and giving detailed pricing information. Because of their above and beyond attitude my auntie will not hesitate to recommended them to anyone who's looking for a storage unit.

Julia at the Lynhurst Ave location was fantastic! She was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. The facility is clean and all the staff are helpful. I would definitely recommend this location for your storage needs.

Its been a very positive experience so far. Helpful staff, secure and super clean facility. Huge credit to its manager Betty P. who helped me understand the entire process as this is my first time using an off site storage facility.

The assistance from them is above and beyond. I would recommend this storage place over other places and they offer affordable rates. Lisa is very helpful and the one showing you around the storage units is also helpful too. I really recommend this little spot

Stop N Stor Rosebank has been wonderful in the 3+ years I’ve had family units in the building. Julia & Lisa H were phenomenal in getting a friend set-up in a new unit with 0 hiccups. Love them!
